First and foremost please report this company to ReportFraud.ftc.gov if you've experienced anything like myself or others on this page. I tried with BBB but they only deal with issues in the USA or Canada.

The only reason I give a star is bc I have to in order to write something.

I ordered from here almost a month ago, I contacted them 2x through their only line of communication which is by email and no response. I haven't received any of my items.

They only sent 3/4 items I ordered then after 4 months of trying to get in contact they blocked me after arguing that I received an item I did not!! Total scammers they threatened to charge my card that they have on profile for the items too!!! Disputed with bank!

These people are scammers, save your money and do not order!! If you’ve had a bad experience where your money was taken, please google federal trade commission, and report them!!

Items are not made well and fall apart after a couple of washes. Got sent the wrong items and it took them a month for them to get back to me and when they did for me to recieve the right items I had to post the package back and pay for shipping myself for them to then send back the new ones.

Everything comes from China like a drop ship situation. They ignore any emails it took me so long to get any communications and when I stated the items being wrong isn’t my fault it’s there’s they should pay for shipping they pretty much said too bad so sad.

Don’t purchase it’s not worth it the fabric is scratch and not soft in the band shirts and it’s poorly stitched and falls apart

The outfits I received were as described and super cute for the price. However, I received the wrong bows. And I did not receive one of my outfits. Instead, they sent me something completely different. I have tried emailing, my emails just get sent back. I tried messaging on fb, no response.

I loved the Rompers. They were so unique and adorable on my grand baby. I immediately ordered 4 more. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because it took so long to arrive and I grew a little concerned. But worth the wait. So cute!

I wish I would have read reviews before ordering. I ordered a month ago and still haven’t received my order and when I try contacting them via their support email the email always comes back and says undelivered. They only other thing I know to do is dispute the purchase with my bank.

I am BEYOND pissed…. It’s been over 50 days and I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY ITEM. They’ve completely ghosted me now with all contact via email. I still don’t even have my item or a refund

I love the outfits from here! They definitely are adorable and comfortable and my baby looks absolutely adorable I’m excited to get the ones I just ordered and hope they come in on time!!

I wish I could give this site 0 stars. I ordered my daughter a grinch outfit and received something completely different than what I ordered. I’ve emailed multiple times and I’ve yet to receive a response. I’m livid, I was so exciting for the grinch outfit.

They scammed me. And then they were super rude to me after reaching out via social media because they wouldn’t respond to my emails

Never received. The tracking numbers provided both say they are in transit but there’s no way to know where it’s been over four weeks. So upset. Reached out to customer service over 10 times. Once I got a response and they said they would cancel the order and I would receive a refund and they didn’t do that. No response since.

Absolute scam. And their claim that their photos are supplied by their supplier. I'm positive me and my friends didn't release any form for our children to be on this site. Also we 100% know the products are stolen pictures also as we work for the REAL creators!

Terrible customer service. If you want to receive your order a year from now, sure, order from this place. I have emailed a total of 5 times asking for a refund and they do not even take the time out to respond properly to me and feed me with a bunch of faulty timelines on their refund policy. I have asked numerous times for a refund to make up for their lack of communication and attempt to make up and without fail they have not. Really disappointed.

Fast services and getting updates on products for delivery.

Placed an order after 4 weeks no replies then finally reported to Paypal and at the last day of dispute they provided a fake tracking number so paypal sided with them which is weird seeing how obviously this isnt the first time so you would think paypal would be hip to them pulling this scam. I called paypal explained to them nothing was ever sent to me yet they still rewarded the scammer. Stay away from paypal they dont actually help they side with scammers. Dont shop with Pawlulu and beware they have another site called Yourtay where they sell baby shoes also scamming people. They are based out of China and pretend to be in the states.

Purchased coat which arrived but was way to small after having followed their size guidelines. Was told if I paid an additional $15 on the order, I would be sent a replacement one. I paid the extra $15 and to date 3 months later have still not received the replacement coat. Contacted Paul - Customer Service agent at least 6 times in the 3 months only to continue to get a generic email saying there is a genuine issue with the shipping company. Have request a tracking ticket several times, with no response. Have requested a credit of the $15 but again emails are completely ignored. SAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
