Unbelievable…so rude!
I chased to find out where my order was and asked for it to be cancelled as it hadn’t arrived and I couldn’t afford to lose the money. Using the online chat I was faced with a rude person complaining that I had judged their company based on Trustpilot reviews. He initially offered a refund, then told me that I have to return the item when it arrives to enable the refund.
I informed him I didn’t like his tone, I felt he was rude. No apology, just criticism that I judged them without receiving the goods. I will never buy from this company again. They have no clue what customer service is and don’t want to listen.

We’re disappointed by this review as we don't believe it gives the full context of what actually happened.
You contacted us at approximately 10:23pm requesting that your order be cancelled while it was already dispatched and in transit. The order was also still within the 7-9 working-day delivery timeframe stated when the purchase was made.
When we asked why you wanted to cancel an order that was already on its way, you explained that you had subsequently read a number of negative reviews on Trustpilot and had decided, before even receiving or seeing the product, that you no longer wanted it.
We explained that we felt it was unfair to judge your own order or our service solely on the experiences described in a small number of online reviews when your own order was still within its stated delivery timeframe.
We also pointed out that Pawfect4Pets has received a considerable amount of positive customer and product feedback elsewhere.
Your initial message to us was itself abrupt in tone, and we do not believe our response was intended to be rude. We were responding to the points you had raised and explaining the position regarding an order that had already been dispatched.
Importantly, you were not refused a refund. Because the goods were already in transit, you were advised that they would need to be returned once received in order for the appropriate refund to be processed.
You are of course entitled to decide that you no longer wish to purchase from us.
However, we feel it is important that anyone reading this review understands that the order had not exceeded its stated delivery timeframe, the product had not even been received or assessed when the complaint was made, and a return/refund was not refused.

On 27th June I chatted online with the owner/director about coolmats and on his advice I purchased his recommended one which he informed me would be delivered within 5 working days. Due to the heatwave I requested whether the parcel delivery address could be changed and director said that wasn’t possible, a disappointment but not a problem.
On 30th June I received an Evri notification which said they were expecting the parcel in 48 hours . I chased and chased for a delivery update by email and chat but only received ONE impolite reply which said delivery would be 7 to 9 working days which was incorrect against the directors chat information of 5 days !
The parcel was received on 11th July which was over the allowed 7 to 9 days quoted previously plus this timescale also stated on this Trustpilot page.
As this was past the delivery timescale , on 11th July l, I sent another email requesting a return postage label to return this item and stated if I had no reply by Monday I would have no option but to report this to Trust Pilot, my credit card company etc . Once again I have been ignored.
In today’s world where business is very competitive, this company lack of communication and unprofessionalism is totally unacceptable.
I wish before I had bought from this company I had reviewed them on Trustpilot , please dont make my mistake. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Thank you for your reply . I have checked your website and my goods it arrive later than your T & C . Please confirm you will be sending a prepaid postage label and a full refund of £24.98 .

As you can appreciate and what we told you was that all cooling products are in high demand and whilst majority are on a 5 working day delivery we do ask that you allow 7-9 working days. The goods were shipped on the 2nd July as per the shipped email you received.
Goods did arrive within 7-9 WORKING days as we state. I do apologise this was not within the 5 working days we usually strive for.
In regards to the notification Evri this is not true. We upload evri trackjng but under no circumstances do they tell you delivery was within 48hrs. This is simply untrue and you need to delete this please.
You state you sent us an email notification regarding return and subsequent warning of Trustpilot review. If we had seen such a threatening email we would of responded but we didn't. Absolutely no email received by us.
Perhaps if you could resend we can organise the return? I would also be grateful if this review was removed as parts of this are inaccurate and we certainly did not receive any email from you.

We feel it is important to correct several factual points in this review.
Pawfect4Pets is a UK business based in Warwickshire, not the USA.
We are therefore unsure where the suggestion that we are based in America has come from.
Your order #92492 was placed on 6th July 2026 during an exceptionally busy period for our cooling range. Our stated delivery timeframe for these products was 7-9 working days, with dispatch information provided separately. The delivery timeframe was communicated as part of the ordering process and again in the shipping communication sent following your purchase.
Dispatch within 24/48 hours does not mean delivery within 24/48 hours; the applicable delivery timeframe remained the one stated for the order.
We also think it is important to point out that this review was written before you had received or used the product, yet suggests that the product would probably be “no good”. We are always happy to address genuine concerns about the quality or performance of a product once a customer has received and assessed it.
We also strongly disagree with the suggestion that customers are “berated with threats”. We will correct information in reviews where we believe it is factually inaccurate, but customers are entitled to express their genuine experiences and opinions.
We completely understand that customers can become frustrated waiting for an order, particularly during periods of exceptionally high demand.
However, we feel it is equally important that factual information about our business, including where we are based and the delivery terms applicable to an order, is represented accurately.
Important to note we had no complaints from customer regarding item received.
Order extremely late, will miss travel
I ordered a £138 travel kennel June 20th 2026, expecting to travel with my dog on July 18th.
Despite them promising 8-9 days worth of delivery, I still haven't received a tracking number, order update or any communications from them.
They are completely unresponsive on their customer support channels, feels like I have been scammed.

We’re sorry that the delay affected your travel plans, however we would like to provide some important context regarding order #89263.
The travel kennel you ordered is a Henry Wag product, supplied through the same established UK supplier used by numerous retailers.
Unfortunately, there was an unexpected delay in availability of this particular product which was outside our normal delivery timeframe.
When we discussed this with you, we explained the stock delay and apologised for the inconvenience.
We also confirmed that the new stock had now arrived and offered to have your kennel dispatched to you on a 48-hour service.
You advised that you no longer wished to proceed with the order, which we completely understood given your upcoming travel date, and a refund was offered instead and subsequently issued.
We therefore strongly disagree with the suggestion that this was a scam. This was a genuine supplier stock delay involving an established branded product. Once stock became available, we offered expedited delivery and, when that was no longer suitable for you, offered a refund.
We fully accept that the order took considerably longer than originally expected and apologise for that.
However, we did attempt to resolve the situation by offering both 48-hour delivery once stock arrived or a refund, depending on which option you preferred.

A bit disappointed .The dog cooling bed is really thin, very little padding. I maybe measured it wrong, it's much smaller than I expected so would order a size up. I think there are better options in the pet shops. Would also check reviews before buying again.

Painfully slow delivery
Ordered cooling bed for dog on 29th June in readiness for the current heatwave… only dispatched to courier 09th July…. Should be delivered today to now be notified delivery delayed….. hopefully purchase will arrive before 2027 heatwaves…… won’t recommend or use again

We would like to clarify the delivery information in this review now that the order has been completed.
Your order was placed on 29th June and was successfully delivered on 10th July. This was 9 working days after the order was placed and therefore within our advertised 7–9 working-day delivery timeframe.
The review was posted while the parcel was still progressing through the delivery network and unfortunately gives the impression that the order was significantly overdue. The subsequent delivery information confirms that this was not the case.
We completely appreciate that during very hot weather customers understandably want cooling products as quickly as possible. This was also an exceptionally busy period for our cooling range.
However, we made customers aware of the applicable delivery timeframe and in this instance the cooling bed was delivered within that stated timeframe.
We hope your dog has been enjoying the cooling bed, and we have received no subsequent contact reporting any issue with the product itself.
Utter rubbish
Utter rubbish. Took 2 weeks or 9 working days to arrive and is just a thin piece of material that my dog is not interested in. We all put pressure on it and it doesn’t release any cooling effect. Save your money and get a classic cool mat that goes in the fridge.
Edit: just look at the response from the company. Says it all. No email received so 🤷🏻♀️

We’re sorry that the cooling mat wasn't what you expected, however we would like to clarify some important points regarding both the delivery and how this particular product is designed to work.
Firstly, your order was delivered within the working-day delivery timeframe stated at the time of purchase. While this may have spanned a longer period in calendar days due to weekends, our delivery estimates were specifically provided in working days during this exceptionally busy period for cooling products.
Regarding the product itself, this is not a traditional gel-filled cooling mat. As explained in the product description, it uses a layered construction designed to help dissipate a pet's body heat and provide a cooler surface without relying on cooling gel. Simply applying pressure to the mat is therefore not how its cooling function is intended to be assessed. The product information also explains that it can be refrigerated for additional cooling.
We completely accept that you may prefer a traditional gel mat and that this particular design may not suit your dog. However, that is different from the product having no cooling function at all.
We were also disappointed that we were not contacted about your dissatisfaction with the product before the review was posted, as this would have given us the opportunity to discuss your concerns and assist you directly.
Regarding your update stating that no email was received, our records show that two emails were sent from our side. We appreciate that this does not necessarily mean they reached or were seen in your inbox, but they were sent according to our records.
We are always happy to investigate genuine product concerns and assist customers where something isn't suitable or isn't performing as expected.

We are concerned by this review because it makes a number of statements about Pawfect4Pets without providing any order number, product information or details of an actual purchasing experience to substantiate them.
Pawfect4Pets is an established UK business based in Warwickshire. Like many UK retailers, we source products from a number of suppliers and manufacturers, including international suppliers. The location of website hosting or other technical infrastructure does not determine where a business is based.
The description of Pawfect4Pets simply as a “Chinese dropshipper” is therefore not at all true and does not accurately describe our business.
The review also states that our products are of “poor quality” and that we provide “little or no customer services”, yet no product, order or customer-service interaction has been identified that would allow us to investigate either allegation.
We have requested information to enable us to identify the reviewer and the transaction concerned, none has been provided. If you are a Pawfect4Pets customer, please provide your order number and details of the product and customer-service issue experienced, and we will investigate it fully.

KDo Not bother buying from this outlet. You will be very disappointed and angry you wasted your money.
Half your order will/may eventually turn up. You will realise you have paid alot of money for, basically, tat.
And when you try to find out where the rest of your order is, because you have been given no tracking info, no update emails, your enquiring email will not be answered or even acknowledged of receipt.
And so you sigh, resigned to the fact, yes, you've been taken for a mug by yet another rubbish company pretending to be something they are not.
The tat I refer to is the so called 'Cooling Mat' £17.99.
Which turns out to be an ultra thin polyester nylon piece of fabric. I can't call it a Mat, that would be overly generous. Which, being, polyester, ain't cooling!!!!!!
AND today 10th July, the other half ( the £37.99) item ordered 26th June has still not shown up, neither have I had a response to my message enquiry upon its whereabouts. Thankyou so much for wasting my money.

My order date: 23.06.2026
Items:
- 1 x cooling dog mat (£14.99)
- 1 x summer cooling round dog bed (£29.99)
- 1 x anti-slip dog/puppy pet stairs (£38.99)
On 25.06.2026 I emailed PawFect4Pets as I still hadn't received confirmation my order had been dispatched. They replied promptly on the same day (25.06.2026) to confirm delivery is 5 working days on all cooling products and it will be delivered on Tuesday 30.06.2026 and the order is already in transit. This was a surprise, as I wasn't aware delivery took so long, however, it does state on the website's "Delivery Policy", "Typical delivery timeframe is between 5-7 working days when ordering most of our pet beds, dog jackets, scratching posts and Kong products. However please do allow 7-10 working days for delivery on all of our products, however these may arrive sooner."
On 01.07.2026 I chased PawFect4Pets as nothing arrived on 30.06.2026. No response.
On 02.07.2026 I chased PawFect4Pets again. I received a response that day with a Yodel tracking number. The tracking number wasn't activated yet.
On 04.07.2026 part-order arrived (mat and dog bed). These items are cheap products from China, and not worth the money I have paid. The Yodel packaging details the sender as "One Express, Globexair, 3-4 Skyport Drive, Harmondsworth, West Drayton, Middlesex.
PawFect4Pets pride themselves on providing:
- Excellent Products
- Excellent Prices
- Excellent customer service
Unfortunately, in my experience, they've fallen short in all three areas.
As a customer, I don't like it when things are deliberately misleading (e.g. 5 working day lead time on cooling products. There's a 5 working day lead time as the items are being shipped from China, and you're lucky if they arrive in 5 days). I would rather it's clear that PawFect4Pets is a e-commerce business that uses dropshipping, and doesn't actually stock any inventory. A middle-man, which results in inflated prices and protracted delivery times for the customer.
I await the outstanding part of my order, but I expect it'll be a very basic product, made in China, and not worth the £38.99 paid for it.
Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience and won't use the company again. I regret not reading the other reviews here before placing my order.

Firstly, you can reply to my review/feedback but still haven't replied to my email asking where the puppy pet stairs are. Again, an example of poor customer service. Similar to your emails, there's a combative tone in your reply and false claims.
Amazon isn't a dropship business, however, third-party suppliers can use dropshipping to fulfill orders.
Speaking of Amazon, you can find your EXACT cooling mat on Amazon for £7.99. You are charging 87.61% MORE. I've checked Google, and clearly your prices are NOT the "most competitive on the market".
59% of the reviews on Trustpilot are 1 star. I am unable to see any Google reviews when I search your business, otherwise I am happy to detail my experience there too.

Andrew as explained we do stock over 60% of our inventory. Cooling products are one of those we do stock. However with the very high demand recently we have had to cope with this the best we can and give very clear delivery timeframes! You are also aware 99% of ecommerce businesses use some form of dropship!? Amazon themselves are 100% a dropshio business! Our products are excellent quality and stocked by high street retailers. The cooling products are the best sellers on the web.
You continue to refer to a small number of reviews on Trustpilot but ignore the 31k 5 star reviews on google and our other endorsements.
Our prices are also most competitive on the market and invite you to check this on Google before making such false claims!
Avoid! Terrible customer service & no product received
After trying to cancel my order less than 24 hours later after reading terrible reviews I received a very prompt email where I was advised this was too late as the item had already been shipped. This is totally untrue as the next day I received an email stating this had now been shipped. I requested a tracking number, and so far have received no item and no tracking number. No reply to my further emails. This is now over a week and I was hoping to receive this item for my dog ( a cool mat) to use in the heat. Very disappointed in this company and judging by the product reviews I am unlikely to be happy with the product if it does actually ever arrive! I wish I had read reviews before I ordered!

No this is not the case at all! You asked to cancel over the 24hrs in which it had shipped. The demand for these Cooling products has been huge which is why we say 7 working day delivery. I have said we will fully refund if you dont wish to keep the item on arrival.
I also wish people would look at the 31k 5 star reviews on Google, the endorsements by ITV, our endless involvement with top pet retailers and maybe give us a chance, rather than looking at less than 200 out of context reviews left over 7yrs on Trustpilot!!
Ordered 3 cooling dog mats on the 25th…
Ordered 3 cooling dog mats on the 25th June, money taken out of my account the next day. No acknowledgement email sent, when questioned this was told it has gone to my junk file was not there!! after chasing delivery several times, I was told I was rude.
6th July today now with Evri, still not been told when they will be delivered? I was asssured they would be with me the weekend. Wish I had ordered with Amazon at least you get them the next day. Wont be ordering anything else not a very professional company. I just hope when they do eventually turn up they are worth the wait.

I ordered a cooling matt for my dog. I didn't receive any order confirmation from them despite the money being debited from my PayPal account. After 5 days of no confirmation I emailed them via their website. By day 8 after still not receiving a response or acknowledgement I contacted PayPal and got a full refund. Thankfully I had paid via PayPal or I'd imagine I would be stuck with no item or refund.
EDIT IN RESPONSE TO PAWFECT -
My Email address in NOT incorrect, I have two and the one I used to make my purchase is the one I ALWAYS use for my purchases as its my main email account I use for everything. The email address linked to trust pilot is only in use for this.
As of today the item still hadn't been shipped so its incredibly coincidental that its now coming in 48hrs after ive claimed a refund and put in a bad review. Very poor excuse telling me ive put in the wrong email address.....twice!!!
Also, I'm wondering how you emailed me to tell me ive given you the wrong email address?

Rhoda as we emailed you explaining the email you entered on your order was incorrect which means you received neither our shipped email or order confirmation!!!! Also you failed to read that our delivery terms are 7-9 working days. Your order is due to be delivered in the next 48hrs where either you will return or a charge back will be made via PayPal.
Edit- again Rhoda you are not reading or.listening!! Items are in HUGE demand which is why we state a 7-9 working days delivery. The item did ship when.we said it did and my email to you this morning provided a tracking number long before you wrote this pack of lies!!!
I will be taking this further with Trustpilot as the email.entered on your order was incorrect and did not match your paypal one! All email notifications are automatic and sent directly to email supplied. No reason why you wouldn't have received this if email was correct.

I made the mistake of reading the reviews on the pawfect4pets website which were all good and now I realise are untrue. I ordered a cool mat for my dog as temperatures were scorching. I have not received it as yet and no indication of its arrival. It has been at least a week. I wouldn't use this company again.
I just want to add, that you can call your bank and ask for a recall of monies that have been paid to companies such as this and they will recall payment whilst they investigate the company.
Edited response. I did eventually receive the cool mat, which arrived with absolutely no instructions. All I know is that it is from China. You did not make it clear how long it would take my order to arrive, in fact, you sent me an email the day after I placed my order informing me that it was in transit with Evri. Very misleading and untruthful. I do not trust the mat it has no quality to it at all. A total waste of money. You should be refunding me my money, as an unhappy customer, instead of calling me a liar.

We stated clearly on our website and again in the shipped email you received that delivery is 5-7 working days!! Its been just 4 days since order and 3 days since despatch! Is already at Evri!! Remove this review please it is completely untrue and not sure why you write such lies without reading delivery terms prior to ordering!! I thought it was important to leave a positive review here as it seems this company has been inundated with bad reviews and, as we all know, people are more likely to write a bad review than they are a good one! Firstly, I ignored the bad reviews and chose to order from pawfect for pets as I think it's important to support family run and local businesses. Yes, you can probably buy something similar from Amazon but I'd rather my money stay local than go to some big company in the US. My parcel arrived after 7 days (which is the lower end of the time frame they specify they'll get orders to you (7-9 days). My order was exactly as described and expected. I would definitely be giving this company my custom again should I need anything more for my cats in the future. Shop local and support these types of businesses- we need them more than the likes of Amazon and temu!

Steer well clear
Steer well clear, I suspect this is someone at home, buying pet stuff from Temu and selling on at huge mark ups. Days to get a response, rude and belligerent. Paid £36 for a cheap Chinese dog bed, identical product on Temu for £5. Pray this person gets found out big time.

Oh we were waiting for you to post this! I have copies of how rude this customer was towards us! Talks with no understanding of our business and we simply deny everything she has said! Facts are these,
1. Our beds are endorsed by ITV with 31k 5 star Google reviews.
2. You are not allowed to sell any products from the site she mentioned as a 3rd party supplier through Google and not to mention we have been running 4yrs longer than Temu but again this customer doesn't listen to facts!!
3. She didn't read how to wash the bed and that it is machine washable.
4. We are not as she rudely describes and quite frankly we don't deal with rude nasty people like this lady!
Why someone always has to throw around wild assumptions and feels compelled to leave false reviews is beyond me! We told customer she can return yet she carried on sending us rude messages and have the proof!
We will be sending copies to Trustpilot but word of warning don't believe what you read here!
No refund
Disappointed that I never received my refund after communicating several times with the business owner and providing proof of postage and delivery (photo). Here we are, a month and a half later, and I still haven’t received the refund. I have given up and will not purchase from this business/ website again.

Terrible customer service.
Purchased an anxiety bed just over 2 months ago costing £70. The inner cushion has become so flat it does nothing to support the dog. Emailed the company and used their contact system but have had no response. Will not be purchasing any thing else from them.
I disagree with the reply. The bed was purchased on the 11t March and when I raised the issue it was prior to 3 months. Also we are talking of the inner stuffing which should be more robust, there is nothing to indicate this should be washed, no labelling As to the weight of the dog the correct size bed was purchased, the xxl for a dog upto 38kg which is more than our greyhound weight. I stick by initial review advising I will not be using your company again

Robert the item in question is over 3 months old. It would of been used by your dog over that 3 month period and no doubt washed many times, we cannot judge what you mean by "flat" or how it was washed during this period. We also don't know if the weight of your dog is unsuitable for the size purchased. These beds are our best sellers and we know they are fantastic. As so much time has passed and the bed has been washed and well used we cannot provide any further assistance in this matter.
