Avoided at all cost, terrible company and completely disconnected themselves with any problems or delays. They say its “courier facilities” bla bla bla. A load of absolute rubbish!

Seems to be a scam
I placed an order on this site more than 2 weeks ago, on 08/15/2020. I received an email notification immediately confirming the receipt of payment and providing an order number. According to the website, processing an order should take up to 3 business days, but I have yet to receive tracking information. Today is business day nr. 12 after placing my order.
Of course I tried to contact them multiple times and have sent inquiries about my order both via the "Contact us" form on their page, and to all possible email addresses they have. No response from them at all.
Even though it is not a huge amount of money they have received from me, it is completely unacceptable to take people's money without sending the item(s) they have paid for. It is even more frustrating being ignored afterwards. But the worst of it is that they claim they do charity and donate 20% of every purchase to shelter cats. I doubt there is a real business behind this site, so anyone considering to purchase anything from them, please do not.
