We’ve had a genuinely great experience with Paved. The team is responsive, thoughtful, and always available to walk through performance, even when campaigns don’t land exactly how we hoped. That kind of support makes a big difference when you’re testing and iterating.

The breadth of newsletter inventory is strong, and it’s easy to find relevant audiences across niches. One improvement would be more consistent access to publisher stats without needing to follow up. While that’s partly on publishers, tighter enforcement on reporting timelines would help advertisers evaluate placements faster.

Finding newsletters has always been a time consuming task. But, paved has changed that for me since I can search, book and manage sponsorships, all within one platform. The support team has been great too, They have followed up promptly whenever there was a pending action.

Ash's review is correct: "odd and weird." Rude CSRs, a terrible customer experience, and a nice touch of corporate talk as the icing on the cake. Recommend avoiding the waste of time that is Paved. I wish there was a good alternative, but I can't find one at the moment.

Very strange company. Rejected our application and didn’t give a reason at all, just kept on talking total waffle and asking for loads of information and when we offered it they still said the brand doesn’t fit. Yet there’s lots of companies similar to ours on the site. The customer service representative Abbey, was very odd and weird, very much like the company. Dodged a bullet here I believe. I’d avoid at all costs if you’re trying to grow your brand. But we’re already very established so it doesn’t make sense to not even review it. Weird.
