I’ll say upfront I do like their shirts.

But whoever is running this place, it’s showing as every business deals with the trickle down effect. Their customer service is a new form of rude with a side of attitude designed to look nice.

1.) placed an order for a package of t-shirts. I select the size & color for the free shirt. Submit order. Then later when I go to the “Shop” app to see if there’s a delivery date - the order doesn’t show the additional T-shirt.

Okay, I immediately email them and ask if someone would look into this. Days go by and I don’t hear anything. My package ships (slow btw - like the label was made right away but it didn’t exchange hands with the Carrier for 3-4 days).

I finally send them another email. This one is answered. It leads with a 3 sentence explanation TO ME and not WITH ME… telling me that I didn’t select a shirt. The email tells me they’ll send the shirt in the mail as my order has shipped already (lol).

I answered the email sharing that I did in fact select the additional shirt. Told them the color and never received anything back. They did ship the additional Tshirt. No ‘okay sorry our bad lol” (fine whatever no big deal right?)

More days go by and I realize… wait a minute I purchased ‘USPS’ Priority Mail for an additional $15.00. And I’m getting UPS notifications. So I log into my UPS account and these guys sent the main package UPS Ground. Paid $15 for quick shipping, they took that money, and sent it ground.

The best part - to which really shows the character I’m talking about.

I send another email. Telling them I believe there’s been a mistake with shipping and if they could get back to me. I received an email same day saying

(Not exact wording - but close) “Yes, I’ve looked into this for you and contacted our carrier for you and after checking it seems that there had been some unexpected delays with the carrier
and it seems that’s delayed your package by a couple of days.” (Like what? Lol)

They did refund me the $15.00. Fine. But if I cared about the money I won’t have chosen Priority mail to begin with. The rep took ZERO accountability for shipping it UPS Ground instead of USPS Priority. They completely lied to my face.

It’s been a week and my package is just leaving Texas today.

I was cool and calm from email one. Then I was lectured on “if you want free merch then you need to add it before you purchase” (yes, those are the exact words). Then, after being blamed and ducking a simple acknowledgment of a mistake on their end… I then learn the order already had been shipped out. Shipped using ground. Then, they blame the carrier and take no accountability by intentionally lying to me.

So I mean, lol. Love the shirts but what-in-the-heck is going on in customer service? Like I said, it’s like the new rude way of being nice.

I’m a simple man. Honesty, is always the best way. And talk is pretty cheap.. I’ve yet to look at the other reviews, I will after this but something tells me their rating hasn’t dropped for not good reason.

Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service. Was all about this experience. I had received an email which it involved a free Long-Sleeve T-shirt with purchase with a pack, but when I went to place my order the Navy shirt wasn't in the lineup. I messaged customer service which simply asked if the Navy wasn't an option and was replied to by Gabby, as it was a glitch, and when I do purchase my next pack that includes a free T-shirt send her an email and she'll personally make sure when the Navy Long Sleeve becomes available she'd handle it, and she did. So after a few back and forths and my extra polite ways we exchanged a few more emails about 1 Navy Long-Sleeve T-shirt. Well, she sent me the email saying she had sent out the shirt. But it wasn't the Navy one but a black one by mistake, she had caught it and since the black one was on the way she was still going to send out another and it would be the Navy. YAY!!! So to make this long story shorter I buy these shirts because they are great quality, for an even greater cause!!! I just happened to end up with Gabby handling this and if you do have any problems ask for Gabby!!! Dealing with Customer service has also been in my opinion the last thing one wants to do... but not having Gabby on it. 10 Stars but I think you can only give 5. Best customer service I've ever recieved and I've dealt with alot.

I ordered a three pack of tees in XL. When I received them, they were too big. Customer service was very easy to work with. They helped me exchange them for large tees, and also let me exchange one of the tees with the 100% cotton tee.
This is the second time I've ordered from patriot crew, and I've been very happy with them both times

Gabby was great in helping me fix the additional free T promotion which was my error in checkout. All arrived without a hitch and love the Tall sizes. Just wish they were available in long sleeve as well!

Had a defective T shirt. Got a new one sent out the next day. Customer service by Ed was great!

Great customer service! A shirt my husband ordered was out of stock and instead of just sending an email or cancelling my order they reached out to see if we would like that size in a different color. I really appreciated them taking that extra step and reaching out to us!

Ordered a 6 pack along with a free shirt. Package arrived minus the free shirt. They corrected it quickly and sent out the free shirt. So far I have worn one shirt for a few days and am glad I ordered. They are comfortable and fit great!

Great tees . The order I put the wrong zip code and ed fix it and reset my shirts . Very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work and I will be buying long sleeves next .

I initially placed an order for a 6 shirt bundle but only received 3. I was pretty disappointed. I reached out to customer service and Micajah F had the proper order sent out immediately. These shirts are awesome and very comfortable...thanks Micajah for rectifying so quickly!
