I don't know if this would happen for everyone, but I got a 12,500SF vacant lot cleared out in the Fishtown Section of Philadelphia, SAME DAY! The contractor that ResiLink sent did a great job and there was no fuss, no muss. Very easy to work with! Price was competitive.

I was referred to Patrick by my Realtor. I was selling an investment property and had recently gone through an eviction where the tenants left the property in horrendous conditions. I asked Patrick to clean out the property. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. My initial call was returned within an hour and the property was cleaned out in less than a week. I could not have been more pleased with the service and pricing was fair for the work performed.
