We have been a customer of Patient Medical for a number of years. All of the Representatives are knowledgeable,
efficient and communicate well on any request or need. We have NEVER been disappointed with their service.

The people are very friendly and just can’t do enough for you when they are trying to get your business but I was very upset when order time came and all of a sudden they were not going to be able to fill my script as we had spent several months talking about because of cost to them. I lost faith in them very quickly because the whole time we were talking it was “no problem-what ever you need we can get for you” and them the day they were due to ship they can’t fulfill my order and want me to take less. I called the manufacturer of the catheter that I was changing to so I could make sure I had not made a mistake and they told me they had just talked with them a week before and everything was fine. I had feeling like I can’t trust someone and I have no idea why they did this. I did get my order but it has left me with a bad feeling about this company. I get 3 months of products at a time and I may start looking for another middle man to buy from.

I have repeatedly experienced kind, courteous, & professional catheter service from each of the three people with whom I have interacted. I have been involved in healthcare since 1976, assigned to every role from nurse’s aide, RN, Assistant VP for nursing, & eventually to CEO of a multi- hospital & clinic system that included 1100 inpatient beds & 28 offsite clinics. Patient Care Medical is 5 star a for me!!!They call me about product needs in advance of shipping date , as to NEVER run out. Every call has been curtious and handled with professional plus a pleasant, personable staff member. I continually feel important as a customer , never rushing me thru the conversation, always providing an answer if needed, and verifying product order details carfully.
The shipment has never been incorrect or late.
I have used other companies and always had a problem with late deliveries or incorrect product, sometimes not receiving a call to ship, or I was always calling them for product. PCM takes the uncomfortable heath issue away for me with great customer service and the caring staff!!

The products they use are exactly what you expect upon order as well as delivery time. I have never had a problem with their product. It is the personal in customer service that are the issue with this company. Not only do they misinform you about your insurance, they treat you horribly as a client. They are down right rude. Luckily, I can use my insurance advocate to deal with them as I cannot manage the way they treat me when I call in for information.
