they charge me $80 for the devinci last…

they charge me $80 for the devinci last supper poster that was not framed ..i recieved it in a rolled up paper carboard..i should a paid $20 for this. i was ripped off.

Hi Rodolfo, we have tried to reach out to you via e-mail but unfortunately have had no luck. I'm very sorry to hear that you're disappointed to find that the artwork you received was not framed. I just wanted to clarify that we offer both print only and framed print options, and that you had specifically purchased a large 24" x 36" 300gsm premium lustre print without frame. Impressed with quality

I bought the “ 310gsm Textured Cotton Print”’and can say I am impressed with the quality and detail of the print. It is vibrant and true to the original artwork.
The packaging flew from UK to MIA and made it with one dent, but no damages to the actual product, if it rained i don’t know if the packaging would have survived. Luckily it didn’t.
If you want the print to look like an original piece then the textured cotton is a great option, it doesn’t have that plastic glare that all manufactured prints have.

Small revision

I actually think I was a bit unfair on the delivery time, I might have mistakenly not accounted for business days, and postal was a little annoying about it but that's out of company control. The product came in great condition and looks just as I'd expect either way, so in that category I do think they did a great job.
