Payed an extra 40 pound for the silver bracelet, decent product however does bend slightly weirdly and dents while looking slightly strange on a slimmer wrist.

Great brand all in total. Fast shipping, havent had any issues with quality even when using the bracelet in gym or even a sauna. Big up.

The quality is very good, and the shipping was very fast.

They make you pay for import fee on top of already paying for shipping but dont tell you till the package arrives in your country.

I placed order on 26th July 2026. It's now 7th August 2026 and my order still hasn't come. I have emailed 3 times and messaged on instagram and no response. I just got a confirmation email and no tracking number.

Lack of communication and customer service is very bad and not sure what to do now

Ordered the submarine bracelet. Was told shipping was free and was then hit with a £50 customs charge. When I emailed you about it, you ignored it and didn’t reply.

This is outrageous so we ordered the bracelet 3 months ago and we didnt receive it upon contacting them they said shipment was lost but take it with grain of salt when we contacted them they ignored us for few weeks and after contacting them alot they reached us and said that they will refund and reship free of cost and that was total lie we didnt get anything refunded nor anything but they kept telling us he refund is processing for few weeks and now they wont even answer our messages anymore so im angry i might involve police

Ich bin absolut enttäuscht vom Kundenservice.

Ich habe die Rücksendung unmittelbar am 09.06., also direkt am Tag der Lieferung, über das Rücksendeportal angemeldet. Bis heute, dem 04.07., habe ich weder eine Rückmeldung noch Informationen zum weiteren Ablauf oder zu meiner Erstattung erhalten.

Eine Bearbeitungszeit von fast einem Monat ohne jegliche Kommunikation ist inakzeptabel. Kunden so lange im Unklaren zu lassen, entspricht für mich keinem seriösen Kundenservice.

Ich werde dort nicht noch einmal bestellen und kann den Shop aufgrund dieser Erfahrung leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Very disappointing experience. Customer support never replies, and my return is still not being processed. This feels like a complete scam. I would avoid buying from this company.

So far so good. Bracelet arrived in 3/4 days. Someone complained about the discolouration around the bumps I think that's intended though I'm not 100% sure. Not sure how it will hold up in the long run but as of now it's what I expected and paid for. Slightly pricey but not as bad as major luxury brands.

bracelet never came in and was marked as lost. And never responded to my emails or dms. Nor have i been compensated

Bracelet feels very good, lighter and comfortable than I expected
