I took advantage of the Black Friday deal (2 rolling pins + cookie cutters, mat, brush, recipe book as pdf) on the 21st of November. Before placing the order was able to ask questions via webchat (I was ordering from the UK), which were answered promptly. I also received regular updates on the status of the order on the 28th of November and 2nd December. The products are well made and carefully packed. Would definitely recommend!

Tardaron mas de lo esperado en producirlos, pero fueron conscientes y mandaron un vídeo pidiendo disculpas, enseñando su taller y el "atasco de producción navideño" que tenían. Me encantó la amabilidad y sencillez que transmiten.

El envío finalmente llegó a tiempo, perfectamente embalado y mis familiares quedaron encantados con sus rodillos para hacer galletas :)

Products are great quality and packed with so much care.

Ordered a few things in the beginning of December and haven’t received them nor an update on what’s going on. Shipping is supposed to be a 5-7 day process it’s been almost two weeks now. Can’t get in touch with anyone through the company either.

Received earlier than anticipated. I’d recommend ensuring that you review your order. For some reason my 1st order had the wrong number in the box, which I had filled in on each individual pin, so really don’t know how that happened. But they fixed this up with thanks & I reordered. But paid postage twice. The products are very good, although the pastry cutters & recipe book, probably glad I got as free gift. The ethics of this company is amazing. I will order again as the pins are beautiful & too many designs to pick from.

I ordered three rolling pins early December and they arrived in just over two weeks. Considering the time of year and where they came from I was extremely impressed! I also love my rolling pins, the detail, the craftsmanship and the customer service. I will definitely order from them again. Can’t wait to use them. !!!

Totally impressed, not just with the product but with the communication regarding my order. It arrived at my door quicker than I expected in South Africa. Definitely worth supporting this family business. If only I'd ordered more Xmas rolling pins sooner, they make great Christmas presents for my baker friends. Note to self - order earlier next year!

There is such a great selection of rolling pins that I had trouble choosing so will have to go back for more.

I love my Jesus Christmas rolling pin! It's so beautiful and the cookies are delicate and lovely. One tip for rolling your design is to roll out your dough first with a smooth rolling pin to approx 1/4" thick and as wide as the rolling with the deigns. Using firm pressure with your fingers spread across the pin evenly and slowly roll forward. Use a biscuit or cookie cutter to separate the cookies. I baked mine for 7 minutes at 375 degrees and they were so light and melt in your mouth. Do NOT cook the cookies until light brown, cook them until the bare edge is barely light brown and the tops still white. Use a stiff bottle brush to clean out any dough that might stick after it dries. Don't forget to oil your pin well using a paint brush to get in the nooks and crannies. I used Avocado oil to season my pin and I let it setup overnight before using it.

Order arrived yesterday. Didn't take to long quicker than what I was expecting tbh. They are very cool, can't wait to try them out. The kids were very excited to give them a go. I will definitely be ordering more.

I admit I was wary of ordering the pins, but I did...they arrived with excellent tracking and updates, and were well packaged.

Better than expected. Designs are clear and deeply cut.

We got two large size and one "regular" the large sizes are what I expect of a regular rolling pin, and if you have large hands you will want the larger size. The smaller one is a bit dainty for me, but will still get used.

The 1st shipment came with a Very bad smell but after contacting the company, they promptly replaced the damaged rolling pins. They were kind and courteous and their rolling pins are georgous! I highly recommend this company! A bonus was that the cookie cutters that were sent with my 1st order are 2 sided so you can have straight lines or scalloped. Thankyou, Roz Smith

First, I just wanted to help Ukraine, and when this opportunity popped up on Facebook I thought of who I could gift. When the rolling pins arrived I was so impressed by the quality and art. So beautiful! I'm happy to share such a unique and well-made gift with friends and family. Plus it comes with recipes and advice!

It was the second time I've ordered a rolling pin. The first time from the US and now from Germany. Both times it was quick and easy I am totally in love with my rolling pins. It's incredibly fun and the result is extraordinary. This is not my last rolling pin! I can't wait to bake cookies with our three daughters.

I ordered 6 rolling pins, one for myself and the rest for family members for the holidays. This past weekend I used mine for the first time and the pattern came out beautifully! There are so many lovely patterns to choose from. I also ordered the little pastry book and tried one of the recipes and my family loves them! I made two batches and will give them away as holiday cookies this year. Anyway, these rolling pins are a good quality, beautiful design. Considering that they shipped from Poland to the States, the shipping time was more than reasonable (I can't remember how long it was exactly). And to top it off, this company is helping support the Ukraine, which made me want to buy from them in the first place. Well done!

The rolling pin is beautiful and well made, I ordered the snow flakes. It was shipped quickly, and arrived faster than I expected, considering it came from Poland. The company constantly kept be updated on shipping progress via e-mail which was wonderful, I wasn't left guessing where my shipment was. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the pin was much smaller, diameter-wise, than I was expecting (it looks more like a childs size). I knew the length I was getting, not the diameter, perhaps they could have offered a comparison picture for the different sizes. Overall though, I'm very happy.

Received my 4 rolling pins today. Works of art!! Am also pleased with the free gifts, but mostly I'm impressed with Pastrymade's mission to help with the Ukrainian's support ... sending prayers and blessings!
