Wir haben eine Rechnung an PastPay verkauft. Der Kunde hat nicht gezahlt – jetzt verlangt PastPay das Geld von uns zurück. Kein echter Risikoschutz, nur leere Versprechen. Nie wieder!

I had a very disappointing experience with Past Pay. In my opinion, their business practices are misleading and unfair to customers. They initially purchase invoices, creating the impression that everything is handled smoothly. However, if a customer later faces liquidity issues, the situation is suddenly pushed back onto us instead of being managed professionally.

This approach feels deceptive and leaves both businesses and customers in a difficult position. Transparency and reliability are essential in financial services, and unfortunately, Past Pay did not meet these expectations.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before working with them.

L'atteggiamento usato è quello tipico dello strozzino, mancano solo le minacce dirette, ma nn si fanno mancare pratiche completamente illegali e non spiegate al momento dell'accordo. Io li ho purtoppo conosciuti in quanto il mio fornitore usa questo schifo per dare la possibilità ai clienti di fare acquisti più grandi in periodi dell'anno dove serve investire, spesso più di quanto si possiede al momento (nel mio caso i mesi prima di natale). Purtroppo dopo aver fatto gli ordini ad ottobre mi sono ammalato di una grave malattia e gli ho spiegato che avrei potuto fare bancarotta e nn pagare più nessuno, ma avrei prima pagato tutti e poi al limite avrei chiuso le attività. Gli ho dato oltre l'80% di quello che dovevo tra minacce, penali da 80 euro per 2 giorni di ritardo nel pagamento portando l'interesse ben sopra la % di usura. Tutto condito da una strega che le uniche cose che sa fare è proseguire con le minacce. Ho deciso che se vogliono il 20% restante devono usare gli avvocati. Così non ci guadagnano nulla. Addirittura vorrebbero farmi pagare un pacco mai arrivato che non è stato consegnato da DHL che conferma e dall'azienda fornitrice che conferma che io non ho mai ricevuto quel pacco.
E continuano a minacciare. Facciano pure. Piuttosto di dargli un altro euro ( e gliene ho dati 2000 pur non potendo lavorare e avendo ancora tutti i prodotti acquistati nelle scatole di arrivo) mi sparo in bocca. Solo un giudice può stabilire chi ha ragione e chi ha torto, specialmente quando la % si avvicina e a mio avviso supera alla grande il tasso di usura usando come scusa il giorno di ritardo o altre scemenze che per un ordine da 200 euro è capace chiedere 90 euro per un giorno di ritardo. Se non è usura, esattamente come si chiama questa?

Appalling implementation of a service from a buyers perspective. Requests basic company details, such as name and company house registration number, contact name and contact methods, only for the system to transpose these into incorrect fields and adding additional prefixes to company details.

Let me explain:
Scottish registered businesses have a SC prefix, GB is only for British registered companies. We’re also not VAT registered, which isn’t a requirement to use PastPay.

When we submitted our details at checkout PastPay transposed our registration number into the VAT registration field and also prefixed it with the additional GB (so GBSC******)
The resulting outcome was a decline - with incorrect info is it any wonder we got declined.
Additional we get an email contradicting this, stating the seller has processed our order and PastPay now need us to click a link to verify the order. Click link, login to PastPay and the message - declined transaction.
Tried WeChat, says reply within a few minutes, I gave up after 20 minutes waiting.

Definitely don’t recommend these for B2B Financial funding !! They are Operating from outside UK, that should have been a redflag

broadest geo coverage and easy implementation made us go with PastPay. Great customer support, so far we are very happy with our decision

Really useful product to have in our store and was super easy to integrate.
