Total Wan*ers of a company I'm suprised people work for them. They have no authority what so ever so don't worry pmsl

Incompetent company. My Father had a tax bill due end of February 2026. He is 77 years of age and is a being harassed by this company. We have repeatedly told them this but they continue. Suggest anyone else having issues, makes a formal complaint and follows up with a report to ombudsman. I will be doing so as well as information commissioner as they are wrongly using his data.

PDC contacted me in December 2025 about a DVLA fine. Date of offence was 1/6/2024.
I have never received a FINE from DVLA.
Contacted them to resolve the matter but the telephone system is designed to push you away from speaking to an agent and direct you to payment portals.
I have made numerous phonecalls and every time the call connects to an agent I am disconnected.

Letters demanding payment of outstanding taxes although I have had all tax codes amended by the hmrc to retrieve unpaid tax. The amount is only just over £400. Details of these demands have been sent to HMRC and as an old age pentioer I take this as harassment

I had a debt referred by HMRC. I hadn't previously paid as I had waited 15 months for a reply to a letter I sent recorded delivery to HMRC. I had a text message from Past Due credit so I went on HMRC website and paid the amount due. This was followed up by a letter from Past Due which said to contact them if I had paid the amount owing which I did. When I got through, I explained what had happened and was asked for various details which I gave. The sticking point was 'what reference did you give them?' I tried to explain that I logged in to my online account and paid through there. I started reading the 'Charge reference' out but I only got two letters in when I was told that wasn't the reference number they were looking for. The assistant got increasingly irritable and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. in the end I told him to use my NI number and rang off and hoped that would do. I then went back on to my HMRC account and the charge reference was the one I'd given and used when paying HMRC. I tried to call Past due back but after 40 minutes on hold, I gave up. More staff training needed I think.

Moved from Sky to another ISP and was sent an email on the 25/11/2025 from sky saying that they will be sending some packge out so I can return the router and since 27/11/2025 I have recieved multiple text messages and letters from these chasing up the outstanding sky bill. I'm still with sky and still have an account with the bill due in several days but they didn't wait the obligatory 14 days or for the account to close, instead they decided to persue with harrasement within 48 hours and less than the alotted 14 day rule. Incidently, the website on the letter is diferent from the website here.

⭐ 1 Star – Disgraceful and Heartless Behaviour

I am absolutely appalled by Past Due Credit Solutions. Despite informing them multiple times that the person they are trying to contact has passed away, they continue to send letters and pursue communication. The Tell Us Once service was completed, so there is no excuse for this kind of relentless and insensitive behaviour.

Chasing a dead man for money is not only incompetent – it’s downright heartless. Any organisation with even a shred of professionalism or compassion would ensure their records were updated promptly. Clearly, this company cannot manage even the basics.

Avoid them at all costs. If this is how they treat grieving families, it says everything you need to know.

I have been receiving harassing and vaguely threatening letters and emails from them for over one year for apparent “student loan debt”.

I have repeatedly told them that Student Finance England has confirmed that I don’t need to pay anything as I have provided proof of my employment to them. Yet, this company completely ignores everything I say.

I have no idea if they are running some sort of scam, or they are just incompetent and have the wrong person. Either way, they seem incredibly sketchy and unprofessional.

Harassment, constant harassment, shit xxxxx and I need to get the facts right before they start harassing people and causing mental health problems with 8 to 9 text messages a day 4 to 5 letters a week I will come to Scotland and bring you these letters back with the proof HMRC needs to sort their system out before they start harassing people. I will get solicitors involved if this carries on

Based on the reviews I expected a poor service when calling pastduecredit solutions, however my experience was relaxing and options were provided. I was asked what was affordable and comfortable for me, based on Christmas approaching I offered £50.00 per month, the gentleman I spoke to wanted to make sure this was not going to affect me financially and checked over my ingoing's and outgoing. My finances showed this might be a struggle and the gentleman did not feel comfortable taking this payment, instead he placed my account on hold for 30 days to allow me time to sort some things out. He also gave me contact numbers for support. Overall I was really happy with the support I received.

Have a debt passed to them by three, they are receiving payment and harass me every month for money when i point out they're getting a payment and bullying me they mute me my dmp company are trying them im trying them they are not for anyone this place , i am mot resolving a matter that has being sorted already i showed them prof i pay a dmp every week and they get payment from them but they mute me and harass me again a month later

Worked for this company for just over 2 weeks, did next to zero training, mostly sat listening to colleagues on calls to customers , how is this training? Then was asked, what did you learn from this? Answer-to not fall asleep. Team Manager openly admitted they like to smoke weed, constantly swearing, while staff were on calls they would mute calls and bad mouth and calls customers all sorts of names….DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY - BUNCH OF CHARLATANS

Terrible company, figures dont add up to what was actually owed. Past due credit was trying to add £400 on top. Numerous queries and still not had a response yet. Terrible customer service.

No idea who they are but keep leaving me voicemails even get my name wrong. Obviously a scam company passed details over to relevant parties to investigate them. It’s harassment now as it’s constant voicemails and phone calls

Had a call from John, saying he works for pdcs, papa delta Charlie Sierra.... then asked for data protection to give over some details, I asked who the company was he said again papa delta Charlie Sierra, we are a private company calling about a private matter.... so I replied with ok well for data protection I can't just give out my details to random numbers who can't even tell me who their company os or what they do.
He the said he would have to end the call.
Noone is going to give out their personal detail on such a vague call

What an absolute joke this company is....where do i begin.....I keep getting messages from an associate I used to be in contact with 15years ago!!! telling me they are receiving messages telling them everything. This company demand security check....then send out sensitive information to any number they have....when they have the correct number

I’m being repeatedly emailed by this company about “ScottishPower debt,” even though I’ve already informed them that it’s invalid and that ScottishPower has already recalled it.

Absolutely utterly disgusting and disgraceful communication. It’s like to dispute they just tell you to contact the creditor HMRC in my case when I really knowingly owe no VAT. Communication breaks down to like “nothing they can do” and they are completely useless in being able to contact them. Avoid them.
I gave them a bit of lip after it had broken down communication and blocked their automated texting number that constantly harasses you to pay up a fictional bill.

Fraudsters . keep asking me continuous for my company details address phone number i owe no one nothing the initial letter was about corporation tax for 64 pounds, absolute buffoons. number and emails blocked. After reading other reviews im right in doing so. Past due i past care for these freaks. HMRC would not deal with such an outfit of people that cant speak or read and write
