Slow response for shipping order. We submitted 3 requests to inquire about our order. Once shipped it currently is at customs waiting for release. We hope that the order can arrive without damage and without mold. We want this company to succeed. In conclusion, we have not received our order to evaluate the quality.

Shipment arrived as expected. The cold product we ordered was packed with an ice pack and was still cold when it arrived.

My order took a bit longer than expected, due to a back order, but ultimately arrived in time for the party. They responded immediately to my concern and assured me it would arrive by the date of my party. Great customer service and communication.

I don't know because I have still not received my product. They used FedEx to deliver and by past experience that cheese may be WELL aged by the time I get it or if I get it.

The delivery was smooth and the products arrived safely. However, I was very disappointed with the “Zero Waste Box.”
The product image showed at least two bottles of wine and what appeared to be olive oil or balsamico. Instead, I received three glass sauces, prosciutto, and a small amount of pasta. For €58, this felt very different from what was visually advertised.
Customer service informed me that the picture is “for visual purposes only.” While I understand that contents may vary, the image strongly influences purchasing decisions. A more realistic presentation or clearer disclaimer would prevent misunderstandings.
Improved transparency — and possibly goodwill gestures such as a voucher code in such cases — would strengthen customer trust.

Package is being held in Tennessee I believe because of a customs problem. Who knows the condition of the cheese if and when it arrives. No contact from the sender to me advising me of the situation!

I never received the cheese ordered moreover they stated that in less than a week would have arrived bu it was a lie!!!
