Incredibly fantastic service

Thank God For Tiffany at PassFab After lots of problems with my compuer.

Where the problem was completely from my end nothing to do with there software.

PassFab and Tiffany generously came to my rescue going far beyond excellant customer service and far exceeded expectations of any company I have any dealings with.

This experience has restored my faith in human kindness and ensures my highest recomendation for PassFab.

THREATENED to give 5 star rating

This company's software licencing system is simply fraudulent and refuse to re-activate "Lifetime" licenses for the same PC hardware.

I contacted them for support after re-installing WindowsOS, then following "copy and paste" message came in.

"In principle, you will need to purchase the software again to add new PCs(NOTE: I have already stated that it is NOT FOR NEW PC HARDWARE).

But to show our sincerity, we can add one more PC usage right without any charge for you.

Would you mind writing a 5-star review of my service and I can add new PCs for you?"

SHAME ON YOU Passfab!!!
This unbelivable behaviour is not written on ANY terms & conditions, and Passfab openly boast their unexistent licence management system.
Furthur more, they utilize such fradulent practive in order to earn FAKE 5-star reviews.

It was a good lesson for me to check the nationality of the developer. When CHINA shows up, NEVER THINK ABOUT GIVING THEM A SINGLE PENNY.

Forced to give a 5 star rating before help given

Don't answer queries, just copy-paste the previous answer. Trial doesn't give any of the promised features, and I must first provide a five-star review before I can get the trial features that were promised free. Thanks to you I was forced to go to a computer shop for help.

Great Customer Service and they…

Great Customer Service and they answered very quickly that the USB-C will not supported and I have to switch to USB-A. The Software it selfs is very easy to use and once if you push the right button the Lock will disappear.
