Magnificent experience with PSCL beds
I recently purchased beds from PSCL Beds and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. The beds are absolutely fantastic – extremely comfortable, stylish, and finished to a very high standard. The quality is excellent and you can really see the attention to detail in the craftsmanship.
The delivery and assembly process was smooth and efficient. A special thank you to Muhammad Abdaal and Muhammad Sajid for their outstanding service. They were professional, courteous, and completed the delivery and assembly perfectly. Everything was handled with care, and they made sure the setup was done to a high standard before leaving.

Genuinely one of the best services I’ve received to this day. All the pieces can covered up nicely so walls didn’t get damaged. Everything is well organised. This company was probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I ordered a bed on Monday morning and was informed delivery will be completed on the Saturday. I needed the bed delivered earlier and contacted them on the Wednesday, spoke with the team over WhatsApp and within an hour I found out it would be delivered the next day. Amazing customer service with efficient responses.
The delivery guys Issy, Mo & Abdul were very prompt with their arrival and setup the bed in less than 30mins. They were very respectful, efficient and professional.
Thanks again to the PCSL team for getting all this sorted before my wedding day.

Great Experience
Delivery guys (Shahid and didn’t get the other guys name sorry) were really friendly, gave me updates all day so I knew exactly when they were coming and sent live tracking when they were on the way. Bed is lovely and they made sure I was happy before they left. Really quick at putting it together, bed is great quality and the TV was really easy to put in the bed. WhatsApp chat was great as well when I wasn’t sure if I’d put the TV in correct and there’s YouTube videos to watch too. Quick response from them always, great experience from start to finish, would order again!

Jaahaan issyts and Bart delivered 5ft…
Jaahaan issyts and Bart delivered 5ft Orlando ottoman bed. Had an issue with the originally delivery, but these guys came for a return visit and took away the headboard that wouldn’t fit up the stairs, and brought a replacement 2 piece headboard. They were efficient, friendly and made sure I was satisfied with their work before leaving.

Amazing customer support
I would love to appreciate Sarah from customer service team who has really been very helpful in understanding the bed issues and sending the replacement parts promptly on multiple occasions.
Have reduced 1 star for bed design team - Even though the beds are beautifully designed they need more structural support in terms of support bars to reduce bed from sagging.
