Que servicio tan pésimo, solicite una pieza hace semanas, y hasta hoy me notifican que no la enviarán que por la situación allá, como es posible, que me estén haciendo esperar durante tanto tiempo y me avisen hasta ahorita. 1/5 mi calificación a esta empres

Order Number 13754 for two Air Bags for a 2005 Toyota Sequoia. One of the two Bags was defective. It separated from the swaged ring. I had to fight with them to get a refund and they insisted I return the defective bag. I sent it at a cost of $141 and they refused the shipment from Fedex. Not only did they ship a defective part making me question that it's not an OEM Toyota Part, but they have ZERO integrity to make things right.

I thought I would give PartsNext a try as they had some items in stock which I needed. Their competitor (with a similar name) who I usually use did not show availability of these items. PartsNext were also cheaper on all items in my order compared to their competitor.

It took 7 days for the order to ship, which is fine by me. I received my order complete and well packed and am very pleased with it.

Most of the negative reviews here are either due to supplier-to-retailer delays, or even people who clearly don't understand the T&Cs and were annoyed that they could not return an item that they ordered incorrectly.

I'll be using PartsNext for my next order from the UAE.

I was really put off by the negative reviews for partsnext but I still placed the order as the price was too good. I have had an excellent experience with these guys, not only the communication was good the items got delivered in 7 days to the U.K, also made a saving of £150 compared to buying items here, I would highly recommend partsnext

I ordered a part the dealer said will fix me USB port. I installed it and the same problem occurred. I contacted Partsnext to return and they wont take it back. Very poor customer service.

Don't use them!!

Don't buy anything from them. The seller is dishonest.

I ordered something from them, and it took them three weeks to prepare (their website says it is 3-5 days). Then I canceled it and they said it is OK. After one week, my car is fixed, then they mailed the part to me, charged me $500 and refused to return.

I can't believe that Paypal did not support my dispute but supported this scammer. I showed the evidence to Paypal but they simply ignored it. I tried to call Paypal, but I never get in touch with any human delegate.

3 weeks since placing order and no sign I will ever get the parts. I decided enough was enough and emailed to cancel the order. Customer service was responsive up until I started asking to cancel the order and get a refund. I will have to file a chargeback with paypal now as it seems this likely was a scam. I really wonder how everyone else got their parts, I surely didnt.......

I bought on this site because the payment is through PayPal. When I get my package I will write other review. Hope everything will be good.
Update...
I received my package on Mar 4th, the communication with seller was very good and all parts were OEM genuine.

Everything is perfect.

I ordered a part and paid for it. Seller was extremely difficult to contact. No sign of the item, am suspicious that this is a scam.

Hi , just want to drop a review for partsnext, this website is legit , not only the price is good and i initially though was a scam site but turns out i truly received my products. It was genuine and good price. They just need to have a better website and system for customer to track their orders.

Prompt delivery via DHL. Tracking was included in paypal

Great prices! Received updates when the part shipped, and type of delivery sent. I was Nervis about some of the reviews but don't rely on bad reviews. My part was delivered within little over a week. My part at the dealership would have been $94.00 to $130.00 depending on from Toyota or Lexas dealership. Partnext price was $26.35 plus $20.55 shipping.

Ordered a part paid for the part got an email confirming it was processed then got an email saying I needed to pay MORE for shipping on top of the 60 bucks I already paid ….not cool !
Save yourself the headache and do not order from them !

Pretty sure this is a scam company. Ordered a part that I never received even though DHL claims it was delivered. Then they cancelled the order. Be aware that you probably won't get your item and if you don't they will tell you tough luck. Buyer definitely beware!!!

Obwohl ich noch zusätzliche Zollgebühren bei DHL bezahlen musste (ca. 13€), war die bestellte Original Toyota Lamdasonde immer noch nur halb so teuer wie bei meinem Toyotahändler. (157€ inkl. Zoll und Versand statt 343€ beim Toyotahändler)
Auch die Lieferung war super schnell.
7 Tage aus den arabischen Emiraten nach Deutschland.
Ein gleichzeitig bestellter Artikel aus Frankreich ist immer noch unterwegs.
Ein Stern Abzug da die Zollgebühren nicht vorher genau deklariert wurden.
Es steht lediglich irgendwo im Kleingedruckten, dass es sein kann, dass zusätzliche Kosten durch Zollgebühren anfallen.

I paid for a part in full but then days later they emailed me saying there was an additional shipping cost. This was not included in my first payment so it was very misleading and upsetting. I emailed them back stating they were untrustworthy and should cover the difference since its an additional hidden cost I didnt know about and they said no. Untrustworthy and unreiable, looking to get my full refund do NOT buy here!!

Order a front grill for my Lexus GS300 2005 on 13/07/2023 and had to open a claim on 16/08/2023 due to fact that local post office in Italy could not trace their package dispite having a code from UAE postal services. Opened a controversy on Paypal at 21:48 and at 21:50 received their mail with order status as cancelled, so requested clarifications with no answers and therefore escalated to a claim for full refund … be very careful as they are scammers!!! Their facebook and twitter does not even exist !!!

They are not committed with days of shipping for Mazda Parts 2-5 days. It is taking longer. Not recommended. A better customer service needed.

Well I think I might of been scammed!!! I emailed 3 times to see if they had a tracking number and no answer. I register to check on my order and nothing comes up. The only email I have from them is that it was processed.

Update: after a few days they contacted me and said the had a long holiday that week. The next day they shipped the part. They did use the wrong address so had to talk to DHL to change it. Just got the part this Saturday. I think they need better communication with their customers.

Products won't ever come, be safe and buy from a more reputable option.
