Ordering was easy, but customer service is not

Ordering was incredibly easy, and the product arrived promptly. However, it's unfortunate that the appliance we purchased the part for completely broke down before I received it. I decided to email them regarding the refund process, but received no response. When I called, the line went straight to voicemail.

Ordered a fan for my cooler

Ordered a fan for my cooler. Only a fan motor was delivered with no fan blades included. I called and was told without a part number they couldn’t help me. I told them I wanted to return the unusable fan motor for a refund and asked for a return authorization number. I was told a return authorization would be sent to me by email. No email authorization was ever received. Won’t do business with this company ever again.

Defective Part

The part we got was defective and I have been trying to reach someone to help me get this exchanged for a good part but I have not had anyone return my calls or emails.
