Absolutely love PÄRLA! 💜 My teeth always feel so clean and fresh after using it, and I love that it's a more sustainable swap without feeling like a compromise. The products are gorgeous, the whole brand feels really thoughtful, and the customer service has been brilliant too. It's one of those brands that just makes you feel good about making the switch. Would happily recommend it!

I absolutely LOVE the pärla tabs! These mouthwash tabs are so fresh and good, they make my mouth feel clean immediately.

I did not get the whitening results I expected from the toothpaste. I have been trying to return my order for a week and a half now. Customer service is non-responsive at best and completely unsatisfactory. Do not order products from this company.

I saw the whitening toothpaste and the tabs on offer at Waitrose even though I go to my hygienist every 6 months and have very minimal plaque my teeth do pick up stains I have tried so many whitening toothpastes strips mouthwashes etc., none seem that effective so I was sceptical however, the tabs seem to work I struggled a bit at first I thought chewing them created too much saliva and I thought I was wasting a lot spitting it out so I started crushing them and mixing with the whitening toothpaste I have noticed a difference for sure, my teeth do look whiter with daily use, but the most noticeable part is how clean, fresh and polished my teeth feelfor me it has been an unexpected but excellent result

Really happy with my experience so far. The products feel high quality and the brand has a nice, modern approach to oral care. The website is also clear and easy to use. Overall, very positive.

Love these tablets ..really happy with Parla as a company and their customer service is excellent.The products work for me and if I’ve ever run out and had to use an alternative I notice it on my teeth so will be using them for the foreseeable

The tablets are crunchy, taste good and my dentist confirms my dental hygiene is excellent. It’s good not to be contributing to plastic waste. The company is responsive to queries.

I wanted to love it, but after two weeks of use it made my teeth very sensitive, as I believe it caused my gums to recede (especially front bottom teeth). I'd not had issues with sensitivity prior to using, so can only put it down to the toothpaste tablets. Such a shame as it sounded great, but it's just not right for my teeth or gums.

Great product. Pricey but almost unique in the market. Sadly customer service is very poor. I have been trying to have a joined up conversation with Parla about my payment method and an offer that I had received and was lost because I was emailing customer service about my payment method.
There is no phone number.
Meanwhile I am bombarded daily with standard texts and emails telling me to change my payment method.
I have emailed four times, twice marked as a complaint but I have just today in a standard email been told that my subscription has now been cancelled.
Such a shame. I realise that this is a small company but they need to be more accessible and responsive.

At first was pleased with the product. After a few uses found the tube very annoying as it was not as good as other manufacturers who also have tubes that can be recycled. The screw on cap is fiddly to use and you get a silver rim in the toothpaste when squeezing the tube. Will not be using again. For the price everything should be consumer friendly.

I bought the new toothpaste in aluminium tube. The toothpaste is great but dispensing is fiddly with the small screw on top. The main problem for me is that after a while, I noticed grey streaks in the paste from the aluminium. A lot of grey matter came off the screw top, inside and out, when I wiped it. As a result, I have discarded it and gone back to my usual brand.
I also want to say that I did try the tabs for quite some time but cancelled my subscription when I kept getting what seemed to be a different tab each time, sometimes with pink specks in, sometimes smaller than usual. I lost trust in the product. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired also.

From ordering to delivery the service is great.
I have been using the tooth tablets for over 4 years- they are the only thing that manage to clean my teeth and leave them pain free.

The courier failed to deliver my order. I got in touch with the courier and PÄRLA. The courier were less than helpful and have still not actually given me anything resembling a helpful answer. However, I received a very quick reply from PÄRLA saying they had sent me out a replacement, which this time did arrive.
I switched to their Bio Balance toothpaste (from Oral B) a couple of months ago and I am very pleased with it so far. I feel it has helped to improve my oral health and the metal tube is easy to use and more sustainable.

I have been using both the Parla pro whitening tablets and paste for about 8 months now. (I use a tablet in the morning and paste in the evening).
My mouth feels fresh after brushing and I have definitely noticed that my teeth have become whiter. The mouthwash tablets have both a fresh taste dnd are convenient to use on the go. I’m glad I found this product it is now my favourite by far.

Using PÄRLA now for a few years since seeing them on Dragons Den. Great initiative and I can’t wait to try the new toothpaste range.

I have used Parla’s pro toothpaste tabs, toothbrushes and mouthwash tabs for a couple of years now as I wanted to find more sustainable ways of living without spending more or making life less convenient. PÄRLA ticked all the boxes and I’ve been very happy with the results. However I have been blown away by their incredible customer service this week, after a mixup with my payment card on my repeat order (all my fault) I accidentally ordered a second batch of tabs which they refunded immediately, when the refunded tabs arrived at my home I offered to return them but incredibly, despite it being my mistake, they said I could keep them as a gesture of goodwill!
What amazing service! Above and beyond!
If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
