Driver was friendly and helpful and since I returned late at night I apprecaited the driver waiting until I entered my vehicle.

I had to cancel before we booked the wrong location. I called but was told we had to email. I did so, however I never heard back nor received a refund. We were traveling last minute for the funeral of our dad. It was very stressful and not to be able to talk to someone to help only to be told we had to use the email was disappointing.

We used Routes Airport Parking for our this particular trip. Our biggest issue with this and other remote parking companies contacted with Park Ride Fly USA do NOT offer a pick up service directly from O'Hare airport. I am not sure if this is due to ongoing COVID restrictions or the current construction project in the arrivals area for Terminals 1-3, but it proved to be terribly inconvenient for our family of 5. I had to take the airport shuttle bus from the terminals to the rental car facility. The parking shuttle picked me up from there and drove us to their lot. All told, we waited over an hour from the time I arrived at the area for the airport shuttle bus to the time I received my car. Our car itself was not damaged, and we were pleased with the cost. But I will not be using Park Ride Fly USA for the time being, and I would advise customers to consider other options.

Your website is the worst I have ever used. I think my reservation ended up at the wrong parking location! I wish I knew how to correct it. The last time we used your service we ended up paying twice and after weeks of trying to get a refund we gave up! We tried to make a reservation last night and the rate was lower than the rate we got today.
How to correct the current situation--------I may not live long enough to accomplish such a feat!
