terrible company. without notice they charge me 49.95 and also ask every month to charge this amount without permission.

On July 19, 2025, I downloaded the Park My Car app and was redirected to ParkMyCar.City. I was charged $24.99, and later that day, I was charged another $24.99 for parking services that I never received, as the website did not work. I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a refund, and I had to delete my card information from PayPal so I will not be billed again. Please do not use this website for parking, as it is a scam!

They have now upped the payment to £49.99, seemingly impossible to cancel the subscription. Bank cant do anything, contact number and emails dont get answered. You only have 10 minutes to pay for parking once entering the car park which pressurises you into rush it. If your reading this its already to late.

Absolute scammers! I used a Ringgo App to pay for parking as was forced to because no machines to take proper money. Any way, a day later a payment of £39.99 was taken out of my paypal account and £19.99 per month thereafter. As soon as I realised this I contacted paypal, they were of no help whatsoever and said I had authorised the payment, for which I hadn't. Now I am out of pocket it took until after xmas for me to realised what they had done. Really angry and annoyed that they can get away with this and no customer service to contact at all!

Scammers. As written before. Will take £39.99 immediately and £19.99 each month thereafter. Cannot contact them. Beware! There is nothing to say what you are paying for and when parking you pay the hourly rate. No info about signing up.
I parked behind the Alhambra Bradford for a show. An expensive mistake. Don't know how they are getting away with this.

Complete scam. Not even sure when or where I would have engaged with this company but they have taken two payments £39.99 and £19.99 through PayPal and cannot get hold of them at all.

This company took payment of £39.99 from my PayPal and set up a monthly payment thereafter for £19.99 ! I do not even know who they are… it only happened when I tried to pay for parking at a ringo car park. The parking payment would not work so we ended up moving the car to park in a different place . That day this payment of £39.99 was taken. PayPal could not do anything and said they could not see any fraudulent activity. I had to cancel card etc so no further payments were taken. I have contacted them direct and still waiting for a reply !!

DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY.
Has all the appearance of a total scam. I tried to pay for parking at a RingGo car park and somehow ended up apparently signing up for an automatic monthly subscription of £39.99 to parkmycar/Neternality. Trying to contact the company is next to impossible. Ended up cancelling my cards.

Used Park My Car to pay by phone for street parking in Brighton Oct 24. There is no receipt message when your payment by phone had gone through, so by mistake I paid again,again, again and again. I ended up paying 4 times what I should have done and I was owed 40 GBP in refund. But this was impossible to get. I sent 2 emails with No Reply. They also made a direct debit to my credit card that I hadn't requested! The service and after sales care is quite SHOCKING.I would avoid Park My Car services if at all possible.
