Parking Arvostelua 

I have left my car at Parking World Manchester for my holiday from 09/06/25 till 17/06/25 and when I arrived to pick up my car I have found 2 scratches on it. I have told them on the day that those were new and I have pictures from the day before leaving the car to prove it and after they aknowledged the damage, they gave me an email address and told me I would have to email them to get this sorted. Little did I know that was a fake email address that doesn't exist and they were never even trying to help.

Dropped us off an hour late as they seem to only have 1 shuttle bus that only has 8 seats, which made us rush for our flight. On return, we did as instructed and rang when landed and was told we’d be picked up in 30-40 minutes. 1 hour had passed and we had to ring and the man said no one had set off and they couldn’t locate my keys. They couldn’t keep in contact with me and didn’t seem to be very professional at all. Would not recommended if in a rush for anything!!!

Absolutely appalling service and experience. I booked parking here for my son. The car park itself is out of the way and in poor condition. He got charged £15 to be taken to the airport and when he landed and contacted them to be picked up, he was kept waiting for an hour and half. As it was past midnight at this point and they still hadnt turned up despite calling them again, he ended up taking a taxi to the car park. They made him wait for his car when he got there and his keys and charged him a late fee of £20 because his flight was an hour delayed. Absolutely appalling and intimidating behaviour from a group of men towards a young man - they kept talking and laughing amongst themselves as my son is asking for his car and to leave. Then the guy who brought his car round has the cheek to ask him for a lift! Total amateur operation. DO NOT USE!

AVOID AT ALL COST. Cars parked along road in industrial estate. No security. Poor staff. Car keys kept in open locker. Car registrations on clipboard. Damaged car and angry customers upon arrival.

I booked the Premium Parking Park and Ride Manchester service through Parking World Limited for 8–10 June 2025, paying £40.49.

As instructed, I began calling their operations number over 30 minutes before arrival. Despite repeated attempts, no one answered. I was left with no choice but to arrange emergency parking elsewhere, causing significant stress on the day of travel.

I emailed them requesting a full refund, since the service was not provided at all, but have received no response and they continue to ignore calls and messages.

This company takes your money, fails to deliver the service, and then disappears. I will be escalating this through my bank and reporting them to Trading Standards.

Avoid at all costs. Total scam.
