Rubbish rubbish rubbish

Complete rubbish I was expecting to go to the parking management company where the fine was issued. Although this is the website address on the letter I feel it's just a way making more money out of me why do I have to pay £10 to write a letter why can't I just directly email the management company give my reasons why I think the ticket was unfair?

As we explained previously, Parking Appeal Letter is an independent service that drafts professional appeal letters for drivers - we are not affiliated with any parking company. This is stated in our terms of service, which are accepted before any letter is generated, and our pricing is displayed before payment.

Our website address does not appear on parking tickets.

You are always free to appeal directly to the issuing company yourself at no cost. Our service exists for those who want a letter citing relevant legislation and legal grounds drafted for them.

Spent a long long time trying to send…

Spent a long long time trying to send the email followed instructions on parking fine would not accept my email. Why don't you have a relevant button that you just press send

Just to clarify how the service works - Parking Appeal Letter generates a professionally written appeal letter for you, which you then send to the parking company yourself (either by email or post). After payment, your letter is displayed on screen, available to download as a PDF, and also sent to your email inbox with full instructions.

We don't send the letter on your behalf, as many drivers prefer to send it in their own name directly - but I appreciate this may not have been clear enough, and that's useful feedback for us.

We're not the parking company ourselves, just a small independent service helping drivers fight unfair fines.

If you're having trouble with any part of the process, please email us at support@parkingappealletter.co.uk with your appeal ID and we'll get you sorted straight away. We're happy to walk you through the next steps or resend your documents.
