At first it was difficult connecting. I thought it be best for someone to assist in connecting. After the first time making the connection and parking there it kept the account information which made it better abd easier.

Had an issue with the payment and contacted them via email and they resolved the issue quickly. Thank you

The payment system is not efficient. I was standing in the lot for over 10 minutes trying to pay. Some sort of error. Until the 5th time. Was going to leave but worked!!!

Convenient. But what if you have no phone data, but I have a phone? Also, how do we pay any extended minutes? Please reply

Why bother setting up a profile? You still need to enter the info manually when paying for a spot. And forget about the phone app. Looks like they hire politically correct brain dead 'programmers'.

stupid app won't accept payment for several days and keep sending me notice. Flexible spending for parking doesn't work. Every stupid time, I have to type the credit card number. And you charge me stupid high "convenience" fee. F U!

When I first time there I don’t what to do and go to see to employee in person he not helping at all is like not he job

I was trying to use the mobile app to make a parking reservation and after I submitted my payment, there was no confirmation email or anything on the app. In a rush, I filled it out again and the second time I got a confirmation. Then after a few minutes, I noticed my original session had also authenticated with the same license plate. Reached out 10 days ago to customer support email and still no response at all.

Frustratingly different experiences between the web and mobile platforms. Also inability when trying to reserve a specific start time for my parking reservation besides on 30 minute intervals. Trying to reserve through parking.com website, and app both required me to pick a start time on a 30 minute interval. One of the QR codes that I can scan at the parking lot, lets me start at any time (which is what I ultimately tried to use).

This specific parking lot used to have self service machines to get your own ticket but now that we have to do it all digitally on our own phones (unless we want to walk to the one attendant across the big parking lot).

Apple Pay didn't work. App just sat there and did nothing. Did not tell me that any thing was wrong. Took me 15 minutes to give up.

Your event price that’s shown on your app doesn’t transfer when going to check out. It’s frustrating to plan with one price in mind then getting charged way more right before parking.

Great lot, SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE OLD GARAGE!! Lots of spaces, the app makes it a breeze. Probably a bit more expensive than the other parking options but well worth it. Sometimes we would decide not to visit Flushing because of the difficult parking, but not any longer!

I parked at 3701 138th ST Flushing commons about 40 mins, after I left the parking time keeps running, I made phone call, but nobody contact me, the time still Increase until now, I made phone call, alway get same answer, the manager will contact me, but “never get call back” now I don’t known who is going to solve this problem.

First time user I hit 3 thinking 3 hours but it was for 3 days
I went to the man working there he said to call the number
I called the number 3 times no call back
I’m called the back and nothing went through
I only stayed 1 hour
I went to the restaurant and they had free parking

Good easy and quick

Parking spaces are enough. However, we need to preset the parking time in advance. If we leave early, the excess parking fee will not be refunded.

App is not user friendly!

Cost for parking is already high but service fee for paying via online/app seems like a rip off.
