Parking.com - Beaubien Place Garage Arvostelua 38

I purchased parking based on information from the Marriott's website that indicated this garage had in/out privileges. I was surprised, when I was pulling out to find out that wasn't the case. I ended up paying $75 for Wed-Sat parking, then had to pay another $48 when I came back after pulling out of the garage Thursday evening. I found nothing on the website that indicated there were no in and out privileges. I would love reimbursement for the extra $48, but I do not have time to spend on the phone arguing about this. This information should be posted in obvious places so people are able to make informed decisions about where to park to meet their needs.

online reservation was easy, but there needs to be a note that Larger phones do not fit in the entrance/exit scanner, so the QR code should be printed.

The parking structure was blocked and never was able to park there.

Wouldn't scan the prepaid bar code. Had to pay the ticket so paid twice. Trying to get out of garage there was a ticket stuck in the reader so took over 5 minutes to have someone open the gate over the intercome. Will never park here again

The machine couldnt read the code. Got double charged. Had to use a credit card AGAIN to get out.
VERY frustrating for each car in our party that paid ahead!

Your directions had me entering off st Antione so I went in on the only one open and it happened to be the atwater garage not yours.I did not use your facility and ended up double paying to you and atwater. You should fix your directions.

The barcode wouldn't scan. I tried the printed copy and on my phone. I had to push the button for the attendant to verify and let me out.

Could not use the pre-paid parking QR code. The scanner was located too low to allow lowering the phone down to have it scanned, from the SUV driver's window. Rather than risking dropping the phone, re-paid for parking using the ticket taken when entering the parking garage. Contacted parking.com but never received a response. Will not use this app again for pre-paying or reserving a parking spot.

The Beaubien Place garage machine could not read the QR code. An attendant tried also and failed. He opened the gate for us and said if we have any trouble on our way out to see an attendant. Sure enough we could not exit without paying again with a credit card. No attendant was present. So we paid $50 to park instead of $25.

It wasn't apparent since we thought we purchased in/out services for the hotel stay via the parking.com website, but that was not the case. Neither the hotel nor the person we spoke to at parking.com explained that we needed to pay at the hotel and that they would give us a unique room key to go in/out. So we ended up spending another $50.00 on top of the $75 we already paid. I will say this the parking garage was clean, right next to the hotel, and seemed to be well-lit.

QR code could not be scanned by the garages ‘scanner’. Had to pull a ticket Won’t use parking.com service again, getting out of the garage was a nightmare.

Was charged for a service that did not work. Set up was easy but when I got there tried scanned the code it would not work. Tried a couple and even a worker tried still would not work. Was there for the weekend so I to a ticket to get in. Then when was leaving I tried the code again and it would not work so I use the ticket to leave and pay again. I have sent two messages and no response.
