It would have been good to know that with reserved parking, you MAY NOT enter the ramp until the exact reservation time. We couldn't back up out the ramp so no one else could enter until our code worked.

There was ample parking.

No one we ran into knew where to find the stairs so we all had to wait for the elevator both going up and going down. We could have walked out to the sidewalk by walking next to the cars coming into the ramp. We're surprised the fire department is okay with everyone having to come down from the skyway on the elevator. No one could find another way out short of going back to the History Theater.

When I arrived there was a protest and I was not allowed into the street to access my parking ramp by the police. It was after the start time of my parking time s I could not cancel. So I lost my money and had to find another spot

Easy in and out. Appreciative of being able to prebook and save a buck. Also, grateful to have such good connection to the History Theatre via elevator to skyway. Would appreciate better signage on lower level to where the elevator bank is. We walked up car ramp. Then learned we could have taken elevator from lowest floor up!

People were struggling with getting in the ramp and the attendants were ignoring them.

I can’t find my reservation or account to verify the reservation. I’ll have to track it from my payment from bank statement.

Easy to prepay and no hassles entering or leaving.

Not as seamless as it should have been.

The Good: I was able to pre-pay for parking the night of an event at the Xcel Energy Center.
The Bad: When I arrived, the reader said it was unable to find my car even though I had added my plate in the app. I was unable to get into the ramp using my prepaid parking pass. I had to take a ticket to get into the ramp. I had to work with the On-site attendant to get out so I didn’t have to pay a second time.

More Good. The on-site attendant was courteous and helpful.

This was the first time I had reserved and prepaid for parking. Let me tell you, it was so easy and I plan to do it again for all my parking needs. It was nice to know that we'd be able to park in the ramp of our choice and we wouldn't be panicked about finding a spot. The process is really easy and worked great.

Ramp was clean, bright, and the booth attendants were polite and efficient! And we felt safe inside the structure. Thank you!

Ramp was very close to History Theater. Easy to purchase on-line and to scan ticket from my phone. I was very impressed with how clean the ramp was.

Pre-payment via app is easy. Entry and exit with QR code was fast and efficient. Good lighting made parking easy.

Prepay was a pain, didn’t scan correctly and attendant on duty had to manually enter code. Needs work people.

I dislike the event rate charge starting 3 hours before the event starts. If I leave the parking lot before the event starts, I should not have to pay the event extra rate.

I hate price gouging. On a Wednesday parking was $6 on the day I went it was $17 for event parking. An $11 increase.
