When I got my reservation it said it was for a Standard car. I have an F150. I called the help number. Someone answered! He spoke clearly! My truck wouldn't fit in the garage. I could cancel & get a refund. Thank you for good service despite the fact I couldn't use it!

Easy to make advanced parking arrangements.

Just used this parking garage 3/29/2025, went to the cherry blossom festival in Washington, DC. There were plenty of single parking spaces available. Parking garage was clean and there was an attendant onsite the entire time.

Parking attendant made parking more complicated. Im glad I scanned the QR code instead of paying the person. Returning to the vehicle was a hassle as the attendant didnt want to open the garage to leave.

The entire experience was poor. From the get-go, the parking attendant had attitude and it was unprofessional. We attempted to use the QR code throughout the parking lot, but he kept telling us that he was not functioning and that it is close to 9 PM and we were not allowed to use it. Nonetheless, other guests were able to use it and so were we. When we proceeded to check out, it was half the cost of what he was quoting us. And then he became pushy and arrogant and confrontational, and told us we need to get the f out of the lot if we didn’t pay the additional $10 cash directly to him. At that point, we exchange words because I don’t think it’s fair or legal for him to charge us something beyond what was on the QR code app. Regardless of the back-and-forth in the threatening tone that he took with us we needed to get going and we didn’t want to cause a scene because we’re not from DC. My sister ended up paying the difference and we contacted the parking lot establishment. No one got back to us. It really was a horrible experience and it feels dishonest and fraudulent what he was doing.

Very nice attendant and garage very clean. This is the 2nd time we’ve used this garage and will be using it on our next trip to DC

The employees are the whole deal. Nice, efficient, patient, knowledgeable.

The employee at the parking lot was so rude and took such a long time to let us in, he made an excuse saying his phone running slow when even I showed him the parking provement of the QR code and payment receipt. We paid for a 12 hours parking time but he insisted that we can only park once within 12 hours. Those are aweful and unreasonable experience. We'd suggest that Not to cowork with this parking lot until watchman is changed or well-educated.

I showed up 8 minutes early to my 7:30 am appointment and the attendant was not able to check me in until the appointment time. I was given extremely unclear instructions on how to proceed. I was directed to park in a spot at the end of the line to wait, which was different from where all other cars were parking. I still don't know if that was correct or not due to the indecipherable instructions I was given. Where I parked was in the corner and there was a sizable puddle of what smelled like human urine. The odor was nearly unbearable. Fortunately, none of it or its odor got on me or in the vehicle. Other than that, it was an amazing parking experience. On a grading scale, it was a P.

We got our car locked in because we didn’t know that it wasn’t 24 hours. However, the manager was very kind and drove to garage to help us out.

I’ve used this site multiple times, and will probably use it again, but when trying to make a reservation for days in advance, the purchase wouldn’t go through. I closed the app and decided to try later. I returned, put in my dates and times, and although it still took a while to go through, if finally did. The reservation showed for that moment and time instead of the day and time I selected, which was a week away, and there was no way to cancel the reservation.

I made the reservation online and paid online. When I arrived at the parking garage, just a few minutes after my reserved time, I was stopped at the entrance and told there are no spaces. I told them I had a reservation, but it didn’t matter, since the garage was full. I then had to drive around to find another garage and then paid for parking at that garage. I have no idea how to get a refund, not to mention the time and confusion.

This was the first garage we used on this app. The gentleman at the garage was very friendly and helpful. The little issue we had was the directions from the app. We went to the wrong garage first.

The guys in the parking lot were helpful. They helped us get into a tight parking space with ease. It was raining so the location was great and close to everything. Will definitely use this location again.

I schedule parking and when i arrive i am constantly being told that the garage is full. when i tell the attendant that i have reserved and paid for the parking space, i get turned away. i am being told that the "system" messed up. i dont know that it is the system or this location is overbooking but its not good business. i am complete dissatisfied with it.

I don't like how hostile the parking lot attendants are. I don't like how they try to tell me every day that the lot is full even though I prepay through the app. I don't like how they question me about whether I paid when I show them the QR code on my phone. They are disorganized and don't seem to grasp technology. I want a seamless parking experience with no interference from the aggressive lot staff. I'm a DC government employee and I don't appreciate their approach.

My credit card got hacked shortly after I putting the number.

Parking was easy to find. Staff were very helpful! Parking was centrally located near most of the Museums.
