The Q code/scan was a fake
The Q code/scan was a fake. I had difficulty locating the real Q code and a fake scanner took money from my card and I had a difficult time trying to get my money back from the fake Q code. Y'all need to check those codes for accuracy. There's a scam going on at that location in Columbus, Ohio.

Posted rates were $3 & $4 all over the lot, charged $10.99. Had to select an 'event' I wasn't even going to... was just going to dinner at the walrus.

Parking was easy to access both entering and exiting but the price advertised on the sign and the amount charged were different.

The lot was insanely dark
The lot was insanely dark, went to nearby business to finish transaction because I didn’t feel safe standing in dark lot by myself.

What a total hassle

Got a ticket like 2 minutes after the timer ran out. I live in the building the lot is on, it takes time for the elevator to come and to go downstairs give me a break!!!

That I can’t book more that 9 hours
That I can’t book more that 9 hours. I need 9 1/2. 8 hours work, 1 hour lunch and 15 minutes walking to and from. Please fix you website. I have asked this multiple times with no response. Everything else is good
