Paying online was so easy
Paying online was so easy. I didn’t have to struggle with having to reach from car to pay with my debit card when I entered the parking garage.

I tried to use a capital one mastercard…
I tried to use a capital one mastercard and the machines wouldn't accept it. So I had to take the time to give the attendant all of my personal information and they sent me a link to pay. This was incredibly inconvenient and annoying.

Ease of Process/NO RESONSE
The process for reserving is easy. The parking area is clean, protected, warm and safe.
I asked for a refund BEFORE a scheduled time and couldn’t make it AND YOU NEVER GOT BACK WITH ME AND I LIST THE MONEY.
I had a question about availability and NO ONE EVER got back to me. I had to call and it was explained to me.

This place is a joke. I pre-paid for Parking . Their system was not working, so The Lady made me pay an additional dollar to get out then she wanted all my information to waive the fee. It took me more than 20 minutes to get out of the parking garage worst place downtown Denver

This Company Knows Customer Service
So far, so good. EXCELLENT customer service on the phone. It's really rare to call a number and speak with a human. She was patient, kind, and knowledgeable.

I paid for my parking in advance and…
I paid for my parking in advance and when I got to Curtis street it was closed but I still had to pay for my parking at your facility as well as another parking garage.

App is not intuitive
Every time I use this app, it is a problem. It is not intuitive and is not able to remember my settings. Every time I park, I spend at least 5-10 minutes filling out information that should be saved. Yes, I have an account, but it does not stay signed in. MY friends will sit next to me and try to pay to speed things up and they run into the same problems. Fix it please!!!

Was so stressed that they wouldn't know when I checked out. I wasted a lot of my parking time trying to find someone to explain it to me. The instructions weren't clear. I scanned the QR code on the wall easy enough but expected to receive a ticket on exiting. Another parking customer told me i did it correctly and would be OK. Whew!! Was afraid to leave before that!

My car was broken into in the Central…
My car was broken into in the Central Park RTD park-n-ride lot. They stole 2 pairs of glasses, $, & did over $750 damage to the driver’s door.

The customer care didn’t care to…
The customer care didn’t care to address my concerns. I have accidentally chosen 6 hours instead of 12 hours as the parking was $15 max for any number of hours for a day. i reached to customer care and they didn’t bother to listen me. i end of paying $30 for the parking.
