Made a claim after hearing a referal from a fried. Dealt with a young man called Jack, who was incredibly helpful. He kept me updated regularly, and was incredibly polite and took his time explaining the process. Waiting on the outcome at present, but it all looks really positive. Would definitely recommend, and one of the few professional UK based companies I have dealt with. Thankyou!

Having invested in a holiday park home years ago and lived to regret it I didn’t know there was a potential angle for some recourse!
Jack was very knowledgeable and professional, clearly helping me to work through areas where I was potentially missold and where I may have grounds for a claim.
I decided to proceed with the team as I don’t believe I have the knowledge to do a claim myself and would prefer to have it handled for me.

Easy, quick and peace of mind that it's been done right
It was easy and quick - just what I wanted.
