The worst management company. They keep sending us bill after bill even if nothing got done! The building start having cracks, mold....horrible condition! Robbers they are...avoid them...

I've never understood how crooks like these are legally allowed to blindly rob us hard working people. Our service charge has gone absolutely through the roof since these con artist have taken over. THIS SHOULDN'T BE LEGAL!

The standard of customer service and upkeep of our building has been transformed since we had the good fortune to have Emily Gilliam of Parkfords as our service/property manager .
