I got my tickets in time, they may be more expensive, but at least they still had tickets. Everyone should learn to read before buying :-)

I was deceited!!
I bought and was charged tickets to Sainte-Chapelle in Paris.
Two days after my purchase, they let me know, that they can not send me the tickets, because they are not available for the date I bought them.
Paristick is a fraud!!

This is a scam! No contact phone works. Email also. Charged 13 euros extr per ticket
I bought 10 tickets for me and my friends(Louvre). We had the following issues:
1.The real price (also written on the ticket they sent me ) was 17 eur per person. Instead of being charged 170 I was charged 299.
2. Their phone numbers are wrong- they cannot be contacted
3. Also their email.
4. As we were more than 6, we actually had to book a group ticket and had to convince the lady to let us pass… a group appointment should have been made.
I would never suggest to buy tickets from them- scammers!

Abusive fees
Terrible service! I paid 29 euros for the Louvre Museum and found that it was 17 euros on the official site of the Museum. I understand the operator can charge for their service but 12 Euros is not fair at all! It is abusive!!! And I bought 3 tickets, it feels so bad to be overcharged like this. I wrote to them with my comments but I was ignored ... awful company, stay away from them.

Avoid!!!
Avoid!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Didn’t think to read reviews, was only place I could get tickets for Saint-chapelle in Paris. Seemed fair price, so booked. When I arrived my date was 2weeks earlier then when Id arrived, and apparently someone had tried to used my ticket that morning…emailed to ask for money back and had been ignored…wish id read reviews as everyone’s saying the same, total scam!
