Eine schreckliche laute,dreckige Stadt wie kann man da überhaupt hinwollen, Stesdig bis zum geht nicht mehr,hoch kriminell, unglaublich schäbig,also wer da freiwillig wohnen will kann nicht ganz dicht sein,ich möchte da nicht tot aus dem Fenster hängen

Compramos las entradas a la Torre Eiffel con bastante antelación y cometimos el error de olvidar que el punto de encuentro es en una avenida cercana, pero no bajo la torre. Llamamos por teléfono y después de insistir conseguimos contactar. Nos indicaron que fuéramos a su oficina en 41 de la AV de la Bourdonnais. Allí quien nos atendió, se dedicó a echarnos la bronca por no haber estado a tiempo en el punto de encuentro, en ésa oficina, y recriminarnos que "éramos los únicos que no habíamos estado a la hora indicada", como si fuéramos idiotas o algo así. No contenta con esto, nos dijo que fuéramos corriendo hasta la torre porque nos había programado de nuevo la visita a las 11h, y en ése momento eran ya las 11'18h. La ilusión que tenía mi hija de 5 años por ver la torre no merecía perder un minuto más con una individua tan desagradable y poco adecuada para estar de cara al público. ¿me pregunto quién le habrá hecho creer que tiene derecho a tratar así a los clientes que le dan de comer, por mucho que éstos se hayan equivocado de punto de encuentro? ¿quién cree que es? ¿la han puesto ahí para ganar clientela?

We usually don’t write reviews but this is an exception. We wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our excursion with our guide, Regis. Regis made the whole day in Normandy a step back in time and through his knowledge gave us a whole new appreciation for our men and women in service. He was so knowledgeable about the Normandy experience, a walking, talking wealth of information. 👍He literally gave us one of the greatest tours we have ever experienced. Thank you, Regis, you were the best guide ever.👍😀Matt and Jean

We had a guided tour in the Palace of Versailles with our guide Ching. She was very friendly, welcoming and polite and told us a lot about Louis the XIV and the Palace, in a way you could easily follow and comprehend. In addition to that we we‘re lucky to be just a small group of seven people- which made the experience even better - and easier to follow the guide through the rooms. Total recommendation!

Wow! We were so fortunate to have Olivia as our guide through the Musee d’Orsay. With a master’s degree in art history she brought insight and meaning to the artists and their works. She clearly explained the different artistic styles featured at the museum and how they reflected the times in which they were created. We signed up for the very small group tour and ended up being the only ones (two of us) and had her as our private guide. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Ovo je NAJGORA AGENCIJA , tako užasno sam iskustvo doživio da se uopće nisu potrudili dati drugu varijantu rješenja. Isprintali su lažni mail da je eiffel tour zatvoren na 2 sata te da nam ne mogu pomoći ( hellooo na 2 sata, da je tehnički lift otkazao ), a da su karte kupljenje prije 2 mj na taj termin otkazane i ne postoji drugi slobodan termin za nas. Njihova cjena je bila 80 eura po osobi ...
