Disgraceful service
It took over 12 days for them to dispatch the perfume, and over 10 days to get the parcel. Customer support was contacted, nobody ever came back to me. Disgraceful service

Order perfume on 4/07 and now at 13/07 still in Vianen NL even not on a flight.
Never order there again, packets from Amazon or Temu are faster on flights and delivery.

I have not received the product I ordered and you are already asking for a review. I cannot track the shipment. I am told that the product has not been scanned at the supplier's company. Because there may be another supplier. You need to clarify this issue and provide the correct supplier's details so that the shipment can be tracked. I do not know if I will receive the product.
