Perfume ordered for Christmas present more than 2 weeks ago and no communication about tracking numbers provided. I emailed them about 1 week ago asking for a tracking number but have gotten zero replies from them. I would warn everyone not to order from them unless you want to throw away your money.

Waiting for my parcel. Emailed company yesterday to enquire if it would arrive before Christmas but only response today is a request to fill in a review on trustpilot

Slow on delivery ordrrednon the 9/12 still not received.

I used to be a regular customer but lately there Irish site is lacking so much compared to other Parfumdreams European sites. Hardly any fragrances available. Eventually managed to figure out another Parfumdreams site but still hasn’t arrived (2 weeks). Used to be straightforward and fast delivery, now, not so much. I may need to shop elsewhere in future. An updated edit!… I rang the company and upon looking at my order and seeing the error they made my order a priority and I received it within the next 2 days! So, I’ve updated my star rating to 4 (I dropped a star because the Irish site is lacking and I had to search Parfumdreams in another country)

I ordered two bottles of aftershave on the 1 December. I noticed on 16 December the items had not arrived. Tracking showed they had been in the same location since 2 December. Rang customer service in Germany and the customer service agent was extremely helpful. Received an email two days later to say a refund had been given. I always order most of my perfumes from this company and this is the first time an item has not arrived. I have yearly membership with them which unlocks free postage and many discounts. Would highly recommend.

Terrible company. Ordered 2 fragrances dec 3rd and never arrived. Rang up and they can’t give me refund for couple weeks.

I still haven't received my order despite ordering on 9th December!

Shipping and tracking data were virtually nonexistent and I had no idea when the product was going to be delivered. The shipping process was extremely slow, and there was never any notice about an estimated delivery date. The product seems fine and the pricing is fair, customer service response to questions is slow and spotty, and they also give canned responses which are pretty useless. So bottom line, the products and pricing are decent, but the service and shipping is below average. Order at your own risk. Read several reviews.

EDIT: after reading more reviews, which I should have done before, ordering, I’m finding out that tracking and customer service are a major problem with this establishment. It seems common practice to not give any shipping notifications until the day of delivery so you have no idea when it’s coming, or if. Good luck to everyone to receive your items before Christmas, could take weeks. Don’t bother trying to contact customer service, you won’t get that time back.

It’s great to order from home and there is always great discounts

One of the products arrived damaged and it is impossible to contact customer service. Very disappointed.
