Parcours Velo Arvostelua

Responsive and well informed customer service. Great wheels!

I have had the Parcour Strade's for over two years now. Absolutely love them, they are very stable in cross winds (unlike my old Bora's which catch the wind. Build quality is excellent and I've had to replace only one spoke in about 12,000km.

I've been riding on a set of Parcours Grimpeur's for several years on my Specialize Tarmac and love this wheelset. I've never had an issue and they are as true as day one after 8000 plus miles. It is truly an excellent lightweight and durable wheelset.

The wheels are greats. Lite and fast.
After sales service was excellent.

Great service, exceptional wheels!

Fantastic customer service combining a personal approach with great attention to detail and a top product. Definitely recommend

Excellent customer service, extremely prompt in email communication and fast delivery. Excellent wheels set, very happy with my purchase. Highly Recommend Parcour Wheels.

The entire experience was great. The wheels are awesome and look amazing, I was looking at a couple of other brands (Hunt and Bontrager) these seemed to me to be the best option for my needs in both durability and looks. The price is also a major factor and Parcours checked all the boxes for me. Looking forward to many miles ahead on these nice wheels.

The Parcours Ronde is an excellent wheelset and a huge upgrade over the stock wheelset. Delivered quickly and was well packed so arrived safely. I had a slight problem with the pawls not engaging properly initially but a promptly answered service request resolved the problem (too much grease in the freehub). I was also offered a replacement if that didn’t resolve the problem. Excellent no quibble help. Going by my experience I’d recommend both the wheels and the company.

Not only are these wheels fast….but Pound for pound, bang for ya buck these are the best wheels available right now and backed up with excellent customer service from Dov and the team!

Brilliant wheels and brilliant service start to finish!

Excellent wheelset and outstanding service!

Helpfull advice when choosing wheels and kept informed regarding expected delivery throughout process.

Great communication through a number of emails asking them lots of questions. I am really happy with the wheels so far and looking forward to many more miles on them.

Finally I got the tyres seated properly after getting the rim tape to stay in place with a bit of gaffer tape.I have used the wheels for about a month now and I find them excellent.

Love the wheels, the service the price, don't often give 5 stars but it really is great value for money.

Excellent service, quick responses, good value, simple but rare qualities.

Good service after my carbon rim was damaged and Parcours offered a crash replacement scheme so the cost of replacement was reduced.

Response to my pre-purchase enquiry was prompt and detailed. My wheels were dispatched promptly and arrived when expected. Response to post-delivery query was also prompt. Very happy with my purchase and the support.

Great customer service and excellent products. Fast shipping with reliable carriers
