My Asos return parcel went missing

My Asos return parcel went missing. I recieved a message from Chris in parcel connect to say that it had ended up in their collection hub without a returns label and that if I sent on the qr code I had recieved doing the return he would arrange for the return docket to be attached to be sent back. He was extremely helpful. Couldn't recommend enough

Really efficient service

Really efficient service, shop assistant didn’t place label on return and Parcel connect we’re able to reach out and help as soon as it was received in their warehouse!

Very efficient

Parcel connect recently contacted me as they realised my return parcel had been sent without a label. Gave me well explained info on how to help them fix the problem. And got back to me quickly with issue resolved.

great customer service from Chris and Luke

Chris and Luke have really helped me out with the process of returning my package. It arrived in their warehouse without a return slip and they made the effort to reach out to me so that I could send them the slip and get a refund. Really good customer service

Attention to detail!

Chris and the team quickly spotted an issue with my return and took the initiative to reach out to me to quickly rectify it. Exactly what you would want from a customer service team!

Returns process

Chris reached out to me after there was a delay with my return due to a new process being implemented. He quickly sorted the issue and clearly explained the situation. Thanks for the help!

Excellent customer service

I sent my order back via my local shop, but I forgot to include my returns label. Chris got intouch with me to let me know, and helped me get it sorted straight away. Incredible customer service . Thanks 😊

Super helpful

The label came off my bag but parcel connect contacted me and I was able to send the label to them and they printed it again and were able to send it on.
