Paramount Plants Arvostelua

All trees in good condition and doing well.

Paramount Plants. The service was excellent, the prices were very competitive, and they have a huge variety of plants to choose from. We ended up redoing our entire garden using plants from Paramount Plants and couldn't be happier with the results.
Kevin was there every step of the way, from the initial planning through to completion. His knowledge is second to none, and his advice was invaluable in helping us choose the right plants for our garden.
We did have one issue with a plant, but Kevin guided us through exactly how to resolve it and provided outstanding support throughout.
Great products, great prices, and exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend Paramount Plants to anyone looking to transform their garden.

Great helpful staff
Lots of helpful detailed information on website
Red Robin pleached trees are doing well

Very healthy tree growing really well
I’m very pleased 😀

I bought an olive tree as a present, to be delivered to the recipient's address. The tree was delivered as stated, well packaged, a good size and in excellent condition. Would recommend.

Nice trees and delivery driver very helpful. Delivery seemed to take a while hence 4 stars

Ordered a Prunus Accolade Pink Cherry tree as a special birthday gift. Customer Service very helpful and communication excellent. Received a beautiful young tree in a lovely condition. Looking forward to seeing it blossom next spring. Highly recommend Paramount Plants.

Wonderful experience with Paramount Plants. The jasmine arrived beautifully healthy, strong, and very well cared for, and everything was delivered on time. We also received really excellent pre-sale advice — thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful for our specific garden project. Communication throughout was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Really pleased with the actual trees we ordered and received, but the delivery lead time seemed to take a while, and we ended up having to chase it up. However, once a date was assigned everything was delivered correctly. Trees look really good and we're very pleased.

A myrtle shrub was delivered on time but was found to be badly damaged on receipt. Contacted Paramount by email who were unable to send a replacement in time - wedding anniversary gift. Refund, including postage, was processed without any problems

Actually their delivery made a serious mistake but Charlie dealt with it very well and l went from being disappointed to very satisfied.

First plant arrived dead, but excellent customer service and I received a replacement.

Paramount Plants gave excellent service. I wanted a large variegated holly. I was able to speak to a member of the team who photographed the stock and sent me a beautiful tree which is healthy and doing well. The delivery service was very good too.

Limited contact, still not delivered. I put in an order early April and still haven't received it or had a confirmation of delivery.

Really easy to deal with. High quality hedging received at true height and exactly as described.

Delivery of the tree was appalling, Firstly we were given the wrong day and waited for hours before we were told it was "system error". The on the actual day of delivery, we were given various times.

We had a fantastic experience at Paramount Plants thanks to Kevin. We had been searching everywhere for the perfect Acer Firecracker, and there was one at Paramount.

The manager, Kevin, really went above and beyond to help us. The Acer itself is absolutely beautiful and clearly very well cared for. The tree was excellent quality for such a reasonable price.

Thank you Kevin! Highly recommend Paramount Plants.

Hi. Delivery and ordering was easy and good comms. Advice about planting on delivery was helpful and follow up via emails on watering etc is great. Well done to team and I'll definitely contact if any issues. Thx

Excellent customer service and professional delivery service.

I bought this tree to put in my garden for the memory of my husband who died three years ago. I was exceedingly happy with the service from the company. The tree has been put in a very special place and looks absolutely amazing. I had no problems with the company at all and can only thank them for me to have this special memory, well done Paramount plants.
