Paramount Plants Arvostelua

I would have given a 5 since the overall experience was very good indeed. I have only reduced to a 4 since the plant I received originally wasn’t acceptable.

However, the plant was returned and replaced with a super specimen extremely quickly. So I would definitely use again and recommend.

We are delighted with our Portuguese laurel pleached trees. There were a couple of issues initially, but were quickly resolved by Peter in the customer care team. He took personal responsibility, extremely prompt and was very kind in his response. We look forward to purchasing many more plants from Paramount Plants in future!

The Paramount catalogue is very comprehensive and I found my plant was in it after encountering difficulty searching elsewhere.
The ordering process via the website was simple and straightforward.
The subsequent communications regarding receipt of the order, the preparation of the order and plant delivery were first class.
I would say that the courier chosen for delivery was experienced in handling plants because the plant arrived very well packaged and in great condition.
If I buy other specialist plants I'll certainly choose Paramount again and many thanks to them.

I was very happy with the size of plant supplied much larger than I expected. Kept informed by email and text every step of the way, plant pot was also wrapped in damp hessian bag, great in this heatwave we are in. Delivered on time by friendly courier, one very happy gardener, thank you

Used paramount last summer 2025 for 10 pleached trees , the trees themselves are absolutely brilliant, but the customer service is what sets them apart , they really do go over and above from the delivery to the after care they are 10 out of 10

We had exceptional service from Paramount plants and we couldn't fault them as they went above and beyond to make sure we received excellent service. A special thank you to Peter who ensured our concerns were completely sorted out.

Excellent trees and a very competitive price. Delivery was around 3 weeks but trees arrived in perfect condition. Definitely will be a return customer. Thanks

Very good service and several follow-up emails offering further help and advice on watering and feeding.

Easy online ordering, I needed to change the delivery date and this was straight forward with no complications. My plant arrived well packaged and in great condition. It is doing really well and looks great.

Plants arrived well packaged and looking very healthy

Delightful staff, so helpful and knowledgeable and the selection was fantastic!

Fantastic stock of plants and trees, all incredibly well looked after

Acer shipped in good shape and well protected. I have also asked for a specific day for the delivery and that’s spot on.

Great shopping experience, good comms and pleached trees are good quality.
Would definitely be ordering again.
Great online plant company.

Ordered some large climbers, they arrived in beautiful condition. Great service, I would use it again!

Beautiful , healthy plants. Super customer service

From ordering to delivery five star service.

The plant was great and in good shape but was crushed in transit and pot smashed, a little pruning after planting sorted it out. So in short plants great courier not so

I ordered a pitisporum . The wait time was quite long but the £70 delivery charge was exorbitant. I needed a large bush as the rabbits tend to ear smaller ones and I had had a large tree removed so had to fill the space . The plant arrived with quite a few brown leaves .

Good selection of plants.

I had a hiccup with delivery but Paramount responded in a timely and satisfactory manner. Which for me is a measure of a good company. Any company can encounter an issue but how they respond is what matters. Paramount pushed the boat out and solved my issue.
Recommended.
