Give no stars I would. I ordered this item in May for my sons graduation. They charged me an extra $10 right out if the gate, then issued a refund. I never received the item . Never got updates. When I inquired, the links were dead and I couldn’t get back to where I ordered it from. Finally I was able to email and asked where my item was. After many emails back and forth they said it was delivered. At one point they even showed the wrong name and item for proof of delivery. They could never provide a photo of where the item was actually delivered. They could not provide gps location. They didn’t provide proof of who signed for it but stated it was. I have multiple cameras on my property and none probed a delivery. My neighbors did not receive the package either nor the USPS. They have the WORST customer service ever! Dod not order From them. They refuse to issue a credit for goods never received.

Ordered three. Never received. Was given two tracking numbers. First origin was Italy snd second was China. Contacted support and no updated info. I believe it is a scam.

Haven’t tried it yet, but looks okay. Took one star as it took abnormally long to arrive at my house

Buyer beware. I ordered 1 map and discovered I was charged for 2. Actually I was overcharged and each was a different price. I received 1 and asked them to refund the money for the second one I didn’t order or receive. They sent me another one even though I asked them not to. They finally refunded the overcharge but after weeks of asking they will not refund the money for the second one, I didn’t order or receive. Also, the product was nothing like they described it. All I want is a refund for the item I didn’t receive but I’m getting no where. Plus, I am unable to get into their website. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I have been trying to get a refund or a replacement as the map was not addressed to my house. I went to the USPS and they have an image of the address that is incorrect on the item. The tracking is my address but the actual item address on the parcel is a different address.

I would like a refund or a replacement. This is getting ridiculous!!! You have stopped emailing with me and communicating with me.

I am about to file a fraud alert on my credit card.

Our order arrived just as expected and the map we ordered is great.

Thought it would include a small case to store state pieces not being placed on board yet

The product looks great! I'm very happy with the size and the quality. Took 3 weeks me to receive it from the date I ordered it. I thought that was a long time.

I just love my United States puzzle where i can place the States that I have visited on it. Very nice quality product .

The one I received is not the one I ordered.
No wall mounting or stand mounting brackets that were shown in the ad!
Also the ad showed a nice metal tin to hold the unused states. I received a zip lock bag instead! Very disappointed with it!!

We are planning on doing some traveling to fill this board up!

When my map came, my husband and I had so much fun filling in the states we had already too. Then we started planning to go the ones we haven't been to.
Shipping was fast and the package was delivered in good condition.

Map was thinner than expected. States are so small can barely be read. Was expecting a more substantial item considering the cost.

They will be gifts for my adventuring niece and nephew!
They were wrapped nicely to protect them.
They are lightweight and nice looking to decorate with.
The only thing I would say to communicate clearly about how long it will actually take to reach the buyer. The package goes through customs a couple of times and delays the arrival. So, if this was an urgent gift - the wait to receive it would not be urgent. I am glad I ordered this now for a Holiday gift.
Also, thank you for packing in an envelope that could get wet. When I received the package, it was raining, and it sits outside until I return home to pick it up.

I was expecting a little larger puzzle that was more durable for the money. The time to get the puzzle was several weeks so don't think you will have it in time for a quick gift.

Communication was great. However I was disappointed with the quality of the board that holds the puzzle pieces. It is plastic. I thought it would be wood.

The travel map puzzle is really nice looking and pretty enough to display. The quality is really good and the pieces fit perfectly. We glued each piece and the four states I haven’t been to yet we taped to the back. I’d definitely recommend it!

Only the delivery was bad. The torn pkg. was placed inside our garage, on a folding chair. Very odd.
