Paradise Farm & Tack Arvostelua

Doesn't always have what I need in stock but their customer service is above and beyond the call of duty!

Paradise Tack, the product selection can't be beat, and if they don't have what you seek in stock they can order anything! Additionally, competitive pricing, and their friendliness, knowledge and customer service are second to none!

Paradise Farm and Tack is THE best place to shop-- The products they carry are top of the line and the customer service is the best!

Best Tack Shop Around for all of your Horse & Horse show needs! Wonderful customer service! Highly Recommend.

I would have given 5 stars except they sent me a navy blue coat instead of the black I ordered without explanation that even though offered the coat in black when I ordered it.

When I called to confirm the mix-up, they had no more black in my size.
I love the coat and it was on sale, so I will keep it, but I would have appreciated a note or email explaining the circumstances.

AMAZING customer service! So personable and I felt like I was shopping in the store!

I ordered a pair of summer denim riding jodhpurs by HKM. Paradise had them at the best price. I could not find an inseam measurement on the HKM site for regulars so when I called Paradise to inquire, they pulled out a pair and measured them for me right then. The staff was super friendly. They arrived quickly and they are just what I was looking for. Great experience!

I absolutely love this store....Great products at at fantastic price!

Great price on the Eous Dressage Jacket. Items were shipped in good time and I was kept up to date with the tracking and delivery. I highly recommend Paradise Farm & Tack.

Amazing experience with Paradise farm and tack. Thank you. I will be back.

I love paradise Farm! I ordered a helmet and received it in a few days and shipping was free! The helmet is perfect especially with our weather here in Kauai, many mahalos 🌈Edna

Fast shipping, product as described. No worries.

I called Paradise Farm and Tack directly (rather than go through Amazon) to order an Ariat polo shirt for my daughter. I spoke to such a nice woman, Angela, who checked the stock to see if they had the size, even suggesting I spend a couple of dollars more to receive free shipping. I would've ordered two shirts, but I wanted to see how the sizing was. The package was sent priority and I received it quickly. I was so impressed with the customer service...it was much more pleasant to speak to Angela than to order online! This shirt was an item for my daughter's birthday. She has to let me know if it fits as I wasn't sure how how the Ariat shirt sizes run. It looks like it will fit, very cute, nice quality shirt. I highly recommend Paradise Farm & Tack!

I seriously wish there were more than 5 stars, because Paradise Farm & Tack is wonderful! They carry exceptional merchandise, and the customer service is superior to other tack stores! They have good prices, and I especially like their customer rewards program! I highly, HIGHLY recommend Paradise Farm & Tack!!

Great deal on a show shirt! Fast shipping and excellent service!

Paradise Farm & Tack is great! They have a great selection, my order shipped really fast, I got shipping updates along the way, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again!

Great price, but horribly slow processing time waiting for my order to ship. I ordered my boots on the 3rd, and didn't receive them until the 24th. I was given a tracking number when they shipped, and did receive them in 2 days. However, I was not notified of how long it would take before my order shipped. I am pleased with the response time of their customer service and prices. However, I would have rather paid more and gotten my order within 2 days from Amazon Prime.

Very prompt response and exactly what I ordered!

The boots I purchased exceeded my expectations. They are so nice, great for schooling, no break-in required. Customer service was excellent. They shipped promptly and checked back with me via email to be sure I was satisfied.
