I could not believe how much dust this product stopped from going into my lungs! I am so glad that I saw their ad and tried it. I will be using these filters from not on. 'Great product.

I have been using your product for almost a year now. I really notice a difference on me being able to sleep the whole night thru. When I see the filter starting to get dark I change it out. I actually can tell it is time to change out by the smell and the way I am breathing. I LOVE this product. I just bought a huge bag full that will last me quite a while. Thank you for such a great product!!!

I've been using the Papmd mouth tape for almost a year. My severe snoring is gone. I no longer wake myself up from the loud sound. The added bonus is not waking up with dry mouth and I've noticed fewer sinus and throat issues. I definitely feel better and sleep better using the tape.

I use it all the time with my CPAP machine. I place mine between the hose and mask. I change mine out once a month and when I do it turns a shade of Grey. I used to have a cough every morning and mine has pretty much gone away. I do have dry mouth issues but they have also lessened. I use other dry mouth products that help with thst

Customer service is great, no false advertising product is worth trying. I use them every night and have had the best sleep in years. Tape is easy to use and comfortable.

I absolutely swear by this product. Before I discovered Papmd, I used other mouth tapes and still got air leak readings daily. I’ve not had that problem with Papmd. It’s been 10 days now and I am falling asleep within 10 minutes and I also lost 3 lbs first week. It’s totally nonintrusive and leaves no adhesive residue. I look forward to bedtime, I breathe through my nose so no dry morning mouth. I love the product.

I highly recommend using these filters. I have been using them for about 5 months. I change them every few weeks. It is amazing to me how much dirt these filters catch. I have noticed that I am getting a more restful sleep since starting these.

I heard about mouth taping for snoring years ago. I believe it was an Asian tradition. I tried some medical tape at the pharmacy, cut it into small strips and noticed a big difference in my snoring and better rest. When I saw PapMD on an advertisement, I jumped on it. It worked a bit better, had stretchability and softer than my medical tapes. I got the same warming and relaxing effect on the mouth. I use it nightly and sometimes for naps.
I do cut mine in half as a full strip is too much for me. You won't suffocate...after a few uses, you get over that fear...it peels off easily should you need to cough,
( a true cold. sneezing, I take a few days break) take meds, speak. Etc.
I just put same piece back and I'm good to go.....I never leave home on vacations without it!

I ordered the mouth tapes and unable to use them because my face is too small. I contacted customer service and they immediately refunded my money. They are not a scam like so many of the other sites. The tapes are very good quality and work like they advertised.

I've been using Papmd for more than 6 months. I have used other tapes that did not stay stuck & were not big enough. Papmd stays in place & is big enough.
I have used it long enough that there are nights I have fallen asleep without it & wake up with my mouth still shut. It has trained me to breathe through my nose.
I won't be without Papmd. I wake up feeling rested & no desert mouth.

The product made an immediate impact on the quality of my CPAP sleep. It was pretty dramatic. Lungs were clear with no Asthma symptoms or cough which I had been having. Improved my deep sleep score by quite a bit.

Using the PAPMD is so amazingly easy, I don’t know why I didn’t start a long time ago! I use the sterilization wipes on the nasal parts inside and out. It’s refreshing and smells so clean! I’ve used the wipes in the outside of the CPAP to tidy it up as well! I changed the filters at first once a month when I saw the buildup of dust and particulates darken the filter and realized THAT WAS GOING IN MY LUNGS!! Now I change them more often. I feel healthier and sleep better without coughing as much. These filters are remarkable!!

I'm 71 and just diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. I've tried CPAP but the problem I have is my mouth dropping open. Id wake up groggy and exhausted. I researched mouth taping and came across PapMD, ordered it and after only a few days I wake up refreshed, alert and energized. It's been years since I felt like that. This is a game changer for me and I highly recommend this product!!

I hate the CPAP machine... so I tried this product out and I absolutely love it...if I don't use one I wake up tired( w/a sore throat). My snoring is at a minimal (if at all). It is a true blessing

This is WONDERFUL mouth tape! It feels so luxurious on, has great coverage and flexibility, and doesn’t hurt or pull when I take it off in the morning. I’ve been taping my mouth for a few years because I love how much better I sleep and how much better my mouth feels inside and out when I do, and I have tried a variety of tapes and coverages. This has been my favorite for over a year now! Thank you PapMD for your FB ad that introduced me to this magnificent luxury in my life. I am a fan for life and recommend you to others.

I tried two other brands of sleep tapes which left a black adhesive residue on my face that was difficult to remove. They also had an air hole which is not necessary. PapMD has no air hole, and the adhesive works well, is easy to remove. I feel the quality of my sleep has improved greatly and I am happy to have found this product.

I began using this product a week ago and am grateful and amazed at the difference they made. I have sleep apnea and rarely sleep through the night, until I tried these. These worked better than melatonin or a prescription sleep aid. True believer here! Sincere thanks to Papmd, my quality of life is greatly improved!

The order department cannot get things right I gave them an order and a credit card number to use instead they used a
credit card on file that I used for a long ago order which doesn’t give me as good of
rewards.

First of all, there is no customer service number to speak to a representative. Second, I have texted Papmd several times with no response at all. I had a shipment sent to me that I did not ORDER. I have been trying to get a return label but I can't even get a response from them. I do not want to pay for something that I did not order.
