Papillonkia Arvostelua 

I purchased a pre-loved dior bag from Papillonkia in Janaury 2022. They were really helpful sending videos and photos to detail the bag pre-order and it was exactly as described. Delighted with bag.
More recently (March 2023) Papillonkia have helpfully authenticated a bag purchased from another company for me - which has unfortunately come back counterfeit. The authentication was performed in a supportive, timely manner.
Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding service. I had a problem with a discount code, dropped them an email, and was assisted immediately !!! Purchased Chanel earrings on the Saturday, received first thing Tuesday morning…. If only all retailers were so solid and faultless….. Bravo 👏🏼

Ordered a bag from here. Delivery was within a few days. The bag was exactly as described. Packaged really well. Would definitely recommend and will be using again myself.

Had been following them for a little while on Instagram. They showed a bag on their stories and I asked when and how much the item was for, they told me it would be available for more pictures on a certain date, they clearly saw I was interested as I chased them
Up the very next day and they said they would update me a soon as they have the item, and then suddenly the item was sold to someone else. I still chased them for the same bag and was told the item was just not available only to find they had actually sourced the item once again for someone else (shown on Instagram once again as sold). Not sure how they assess who they want sell to but it doesn’t make you really feel valued customer when they just over look you. Not the greatest customer service and quite happy they didn’t end up selling me anything because clearly there is no first come first serve system.

Reply: not really sure how I can be 5th in line when I have messages from you guys saying “the bag is mine if you want it” when I asked to see more pictures I was suddenly 5th? And then when I asked to be on the waiting list you guys asked me if I’d pay nearly £300 over the original price you quoted me, to which I refused. Luckily I have managed to source it without someone trying to play bidding wars. Won’t be coming back, thank you.

Reply: constructive advice please stop telling clients then that “they will be the first to know” or it’s “there’s if they want it” doesn’t really shout waiting list or fair practice or good conduct of business.
