I still have not received my order but they dealt with it amazingly

I still have not received my order. Been waiting ages for it.
However consequently the company contacted me to issue with a full refund plus an apology discount.
Albeit disappointing due to Royal Mail I didn’t receive my item but amazing customer service from Alex.

I am incredibly sorry for the frustration caused by this delivery issue. It appears the tracking stalled once the parcel reached the Royal Mail sorting office, which is certainly not the experience we want for you.

Beautiful card, but …

Beautiful gift card. This company charges £3.99 p&p, even though i only purchased a single gift card. This should have only been charged as a small letter with Royal Mail.

Good customer service

I had an issue with the delivery with my items, after contacting they replied quickly and got the issue sorted. I was met with good customer service and they apologised for the error.

I felt compelled to express my gratitude to the team at Paper Tiger for their thoughtful selection and careful packaging of my jellycats. They reached me swiftly and in perfect condition, and the unexpected addition of stickers was a delightful surprise!
