The old adage “You get what you pay for” is absolutely true when it comes to Papello. Yes, they are more expensive than a lot of other printing services, but the quality speaks for itself. I use Papello regularly to print my illustrations, both framed and unframed, and the results are always excellent. The colour reproduction is spot on and the detail of the original artwork is preserved perfectly. The paper quality is also outstanding and gives the prints a real sense of depth and richness that cheaper printers simply cannot achieve. Their framing is just as good. The frames are beautifully finished and complement the artwork without distracting from it. Everything arrives carefully packaged and it is clear that a lot of care goes into the final product. Yes, there are plenty of cheaper printing services out there, but if you actually care about how your work looks when it is printed, Papello is worth the extra cost. In my experience the difference in quality is obvious.

Easy to connect my shop to the papello dashabord. Everything gets shipped quickly and my customer reviews are positive. Any questions I have they reply fast. I'm selling on etsy in the uk and they are a good fit.

I have used Papello for 3 years. Not had any issues. I manually place orders as I like to always check the artwork I have uploaded is fits the product but that is all done on one page so all good.

I just spent a whole week trying to liase with this company about their lack of a working integration with Etsy. I use two other big Print on Demand companies (Gelato and Printful) with no issues whatsoever.

I've sent through many screenshots to highlight the issue to the helpdesk, but they still couldn't get it working.

I can see another frustrated Etsy store owner has also left negative feedback. I can't comment on their quality as it never got that far, but Papello, you need to sort out your Etsy integration. I've wasted a lot of time this week, trying to contact you to get the issue resolved, but no joy. One positive note is your speed at replying. I've now used a competitor, and the product is already on sale, with no issues. I was looking forward to working with you.

My customer HAD paid for the order. You don’t fully integrate as other print on demand companies do, and instead you told me I had to do this as a second transaction.

Nor did you say anything about offering a set up call.

I deleted my account after a frustrating week’s worth of bother. And set up my order elsewhere in the space of one hour.

Wanted to add products from Papello to my Etsy shop on account of better prices on some items. However, it's not so easy to use. Other drop shipping companies make the process much easier. In addition to this, I can't connect any of my items to my Etsy shop. It eventually told me that it can't connect my shop. Tried on multiple occasions and the result is always eventually the same. I closed my account down yesterday and re-registered today, hoping that would solve the problem. Unfortunately, everything is just the same. No one else has had a problem connecting to my Etsy shop. I wouldn't bother even trying with Papello if I were you. I'm going to cancel my account for the second and last time.
