İşlerinde profesyonel işlem yaparken çok hassaslar acı ağrı hissetmiyorsunuz ve bununla beraber davranış biçimler çok iyi. Sorununuzu size izah ediyorlar bilginiz dahilinde işlem yapılıyor.

I have been trying to deal with Papatya Dental Hospital for several months concerning the experiences of two female members of my family. Papatya did not carry out the required work in their designated time frame. They would not engage in discussing concerns, tried to raise the price above that agreed and treated my family horribly. There are also issues over the competence of the work they did do. My position is that Papatya should refund monies paid for work which they did not complete, about £4500 UK sterling. I have been willing to negotiate with them, to listen to their point of view and understand what expenses they may have incurred which might affect that sum. I have been patient with them, given them plenty of time to respond, respecting that they have other things to deal with. Papatya, however, have absolutely no respect for this process. They have a total disregard for the effect their actions had on these two women, they refuse to consider their point of view and take no responsibility for their actions. They have offered no apology and will no doubt respond to this review with a version of events that falls far short of the truth.
They agreed that they would send me detailed invoices so that we could discuss the finances and come to an agreement. After several weeks and having asked them some more times they contradicted every thing they had agreed with me and accused me of being underhand. After more weeks of discussion they eventually send an invoice, in which there is a serious discrepancy between their expenses - including their charges for doing the work - and the monies my family paid, being approximately £882 UK sterling. They have failed to respond to requests to account for this discrepancy or to provide any other invoice, so on face value it appears my family paid a lot more than the actual total cost of the dental work agreed.
During my dealings with Papatya (apart from their interpreter, who I found to be a very pleasant man) I have found them to be difficult and contradictory. They show no respect or regard for anyone but themselves. I am not annoyed with them because I am not getting the result I hoped for, I am annoyed because they don’t have the courtesy to engage in a proper discussion.
I can only recommend that you steer well clear of this company.

I had here 2 implants, 1 veneer and some fillings and I want to thank to my dentist and all the staff for the immaculate job. 6 months now and happy.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Papatya Dental Hospital and I must say, my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff. The translator made the communication seamless, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my visit.

The level of expertise displayed by the doctors and nurses was truly remarkable. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanations of the procedures. Their professionalism and genuine care for patients truly shone through.

Not only was the medical care exceptional, but the overall atmosphere of the hospital was welcoming and soothing. The cleanliness and organization were impressive, contributing to a positive and comfortable environment.

I walked out of Papatya Dental Hospital with a confident smile, knowing that I had received the best possible care. I can't thank the entire team enough for their dedication and commitment to their patients' well-being. Me and my partner went to antalya turkey for my partner to get his teeth done a friend recommended papatya dental as my partner was not happy with his teeth and lacked confidence. Once we got to papatya dental we were met by a guy called Emre and he was so welcoming and took care of everything I can't fault the staff as they were all so welcoming. The amazing work that was done to my partners teeth was like a master piece he has such a gorgeous smile now and got his confidence back I would highly recommend papatya dental for anyone wanting to get their teeth done. Me my mum and my dad are all going back next march to get all our teeth done. 5 star people and the work they do is amazing we also got a friend for life Emre. Me and my partner couldn't be happier.

before starting my review, I have to mention that we were a group of three patients who needed different treatments as per our needs from different countries.
Before going through my/our dental treatment, I have searched a lot about different dental hospitals in Turkey as it was my/our first ever experience abroad having a treatment. also a family friend recommenced this Hospital.
So, I have contacted Papatya Dental Hospital. The patient coordinator Mr Emre Colak explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He had to make sure that each of us properly informed about our dental treatments. He explained thoroughly about variety of dental treatments that all 3 of us needed and I had to communicate with other two that what is involved in their care. So it was a 3 way communications as the other two patients were in different country.
I have to say that Mr Emre Colak is an incredible patient coordinator. He is not only has taken great care of our health but also organised everything smoothly and on time. It is rare to find an excellent patient coordinator (Emre Colak) who combines such a personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.
Also My Dr, Dr Anilcan Aygun and her assistance Miss Sumeyra Tekin were amazing as well. Dr Anilcan is a great Dr. He is very understanding and listened to my concerns. Dr Anilcan is knowledgeable and informative that I immediately felt at ease and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care.
Overall, when I go though all these good experiences organising three patients at the same time from different countries, I can’t thank Emre Colak enough about what he has done to make us happy and smile 😃 throughout our dental treatment journey. And if Emre Colak was not organising this we were be having our dental treatment in Papatya Dental Hospital . So I think Papatya Dental hospital should be proud and lucky to have Emre Colak as an excellent 👌 patient coordinator because he was the one who ensured that we had a smooth preparation, dental treatment surgery and follow-up.
Finally, I want to thank everyone who were involved in our dental treatment journey during that week and I am so glad I have chosen Papatya Dental Hospital and I would have no qualms in recommending it to anyone.

I will be putting more comment about the functionality of our teeth later and will review how was our dental treatment itself overall.

Do not go to Papatya Dental Hospital. These are my complaints against them relating to the treatment of my wife:
1. Did not provide dental work as specified and within the time frame as agreed.
2. Changed specifications of work and raised price without consultation or consent of the client.
3. Failed to provide adequate care and reassurance when clients were left in pain and with concerns.
4. Failed to provide adequate client communication and inclusivity.
5. Caused issue with a client’s tooth by the incorrect placement of a dental implant.
6. Failed to acknowledge that issue and disregarded any attempt by the client to discuss it, even refusing to examine the tooth.
7. Failed to acknowledge client’s concerns and dismissed their attempts to communicate.
8. Intimidated female clients into agreeing to continue with dental work they were trying to raise issue with by shouting and getting angry with them.
9. Exacerbated this intimidation by having approximately seven men stand around nearby, blocking the exit door.
10. Threatened to call police if money wasn’t paid even though clients were trying to raise legitimate concerns.
11. Sent one of the female clients in a car with three men and locked doors to collect money.
12. Created a situation in which their clients;
a) no longer felt physically safe in returning to their care.
b) believed they would be further intimidated into handing over more money than had previously been agreed.
c) had no confidence in the quality of the dental work that would be provided.
d) had lost faith that that dental work would be completed in a timely manner or that they would be included in any decision making.
e) Felt extremely stressed and anxious.

Can our coordinator arranged everything for us, he went above and beyond to enable our trip to run smoothly. I have a fear of dentists but with sedation and the lovely staff my experience wasn’t so bad. We return for our permanent crowns for our implants in May.

I wanted zirconium. However was advised ti have porcelain. I've been back 3 times since 2022 for repairs. My front teeth meet whist a huge gap exists at the back. I've spoken to other dental clinics and they have advised me thus shouldn't happen.

I had cheaper quote from Ballipinar but I chose to go to Papatya dental hospital after I read the reviews. I was promised to visit the clinic three times and enjoy the rest of my holiday.however, I ended up going 6 times, Dr Ahmet took measurements on 3 separate visits and still ended up getting them wrong, he kept shaving the crowns, even on my last day he shaved it again and left it without polishing it.
The pain still on my teeth despite doing root canal treatment.
The only positive is the Translator (Mohamed) was very friendly. Overall, very disappointed from the experience. I was planning to return to have an implant, but now no chance .I cannot wait to go back to London so I van visit my dentist.

J’ai eu un devis moins cher de Ballipinar mais j'ai choisi d'aller à l'hôpital dentaire de Papatya après avoir lu les critiques. On m'a promis de visiter la clinique trois fois et de profiter du reste de mes vacances. Cependant, j'ai fini par y aller 6 fois, le Dr Ahmet a pris des mesures lors de 3 visites distinctes et il a quand même fini par se tromper, il a continué à raser les couronnes, même pendant mon dernier jour, il l'a rasé à nouveau et l'a laissé sans le polir.
La douleur persiste sur mes dents malgré le traitement du canal radiculaire.
Le seul point positif est que le traducteur (Mohamed) était très sympathique. Dans l'ensemble, je suis déçu de l'expérience. J'avais l'intention de revenir pour me faire un implant, mais maintenant aucune chance. J'ai hâte de retourner à Londres pour aller voir mon dentiste.

After two years chat with the caring, honest coordinator/ translator Christine I have decided and chose Papatya Dental Hospital.
From day one I had a nice feeling about the clinic, beautiful young lady and Emre the professional dentist.
Everyone in the clinic were very kind, treatment was done professionally and highly recommend.

After long time on Google search, and talking to a lot of people, I have decided on PAPATYA Dental Hospital, in Antalya.
I have chosen PAPATYA Dental Hospital. Already from day one I was started feeling relaxed from the welcoming from the lobby young people, Merve the beautiful young Lady and the handsome young Man Emre. The travel coordinators/translators, Bazi and Toga and the hospitals driver's. The implantation doctor, Dr.Ahmet Göktaş, I do hope that is the correct spelling. He is kind and friendly and above all very good in what he does. The Young dentist have treated me Yesterday, was very gentle and kind. I will find out about he's name on Tuesday when he will work on me again. Not to forget their supervisor, he's just fine person. I don't recall the name but I will correct my report in an other time, I am sure. OK, take good care of yourselves everyone. Keep Healthy in order to be able to help more people coming to your way. ❤️💯

The customer relation guy( in konyaaltı) is very dishonest and unprofessional(the guy who communicates with foreign customers in English)

I called to ask about LED teeth whitening treatment yesterday, he guaranteed me there's no problem for pregnant woman to get treatment, so the same afternoon I went there for an appointment with the dentist. The dentist was professional and honest, he told me he can't do this treatment for pregnant woman and asked me to go back in 3 years after breastfeeding. However, this customer relation guy came in and not only did he not apologize for his false information on the phone, he talked in Turkish with the dentist and still trying to sell me other treatments, even the dentist and I understood each other very clearly that there shouldn't be any treatments when I am pregnant.

Don't trust this customer relation guy, his talks a lot but his English and knowledge are not competent for giving good advice for patients, I think he just wants sales performance, not thinking for patients.

Tüm korkularımı geride bıraktım sayelerinde. Ahmet hoca ve asistanı merve tüm endișelerimden kurtardılar ve sonuç harika :) gülüș tasarımı ile yeniden doğdum. 5 implant sadece 45 dakika sürdü ve inanın hiçbir șey hissetmedim adeta sihirli eller değdi. İyi ki tanıdım sizi :)
