Pantaloons Arvostelua 16

So, I ordered a pair of sports shoes from their website as it wasn't available in store.
I ordered them on the 9th Nov, they arrived on the 14th Nov BUT they were too small and so I initiated the return procedure on the 14th Nov. Apparently they take 3-5 working days to arrange the collection.
After 6 days I contacted them on the 20th Nov via their app.
I did not speak to a person but typed my issue with them through the app. I explained that I wanted the shoes collected as they were not a good fit for me, I was informed that my PIN code area was not serviced and so a collection could not be made. I said BUT you were able to take my money and deliver them but now I was outside of your service area????
The person I had contact with said this was the case, they suggested I post the shoes back to them myself and that they would pay for RS200 for the postage costs.
I wasn't happy but I tried to do this, I went to my local post office, they searched for the address but could not find the post office that is the return address.
I then decided that I would keep the shoes and donate them to charity.

BUT BE ASSURED THAT I WILL NEVER BUY FRFOM YOUR WEBSITE OR STORES AGAIN!!!
Then when the contact person asked for a score regarding my experience, and I gave them a score of 1, they asked why???? Because you didn't resolve my issue to MY satisfaction!!!

In my honest opinion, I've had better service from Blinkit and Myntra, both of them have resolved any issue or return of goods to my satisfaction.

Your working processes are slow or non-communicative, you wait until the customer complains, you see the issue but you do nothing about it, NOT GOOD!!

Ordered 3 items with pantaloon voucher worth Rs 2000 on pantaloons online. Received only 2 items till now. The 3rd item is still not delivered. There is no email or message regarding it will be delivered or not . If it will be delivered then when ?

Ordered something for the first time and yeah pantaloons disappointed me.... Its a big brand and its behaving like a small startup in delivering and customer service. Sent email to help@pantaloons but no body acknowledged yet.

The counter staff was basically forcing us to renew our membership even we didn't wanted and also charged us extra.

I purchased a Pantaloons gift card and then visited the store to buy some clothes. The staff informed me that I had to shop through the Pantaloons app to get a 10% discount. I have purchased three times from the app and received very poor-quality products. Twice I had to return them, and even when I bought another brand, the quality was third class. I feel trapped because I bought the gift card. I would never recommend anyone to buy from the Pantaloons app as their products and services are very poor.

While purchasing at the outlet my desired size was not available. The executive there coaxed me to download the app and buy online. She made me order the dress which was available too. However waited for a week and then i called and come to know my order has not been dispatched as they have logistic issues which they didn’t feel the need to inform that the iteam will reach late. The customer experience staff only” i under stand and sorry for the inconvenience caused” no resolution. My experience was preety unpleasant and would never buy online from the pantalooon app.

Lovely items but poor finishing quality

I bought garments in Delhi on previous India visit in July 2023.
I put on one of the garments for the first time in Karela Feb 2024.

The pants had a gaping hole !!!!

Pantaloons stick to their default of 90day exchange despite the item being clearly faulty.

Concerned now for all the other unworn garments from previous puchase that I've not checked

I shouldn't have to quality check garments !!!!

No refund policy if you purchase some thing then not able to return it. Very worst experience just don't buy anything from here..

I visited Jalandhar Model Town branch to buy some woolen stuff. All the sales team was very good and help me throughout my purchase.
Young lady name Ribika and another girl ( forgot to ask her name ) showed me clothes so well, I couldn't stop myself buing summer clothing as well.
Also wish to mention Anita's name at check-out counter as efficient worker.
The variety is huge and so difficult to think what to buy and what to leave. Over all I was happy to visit Pantaloons.

Never trust their online store. They are just to grab your hard earned money and will cheat you. They will not post your reviews and they will not accept return even if return policy is there.. customer support is a pure waste. If you have money to spend and loose then shop from this fake site @Panthaloons

Not good service, two days before I purchased clothes in pantaloons vasna store that time sales person say we can change within one week now they denied to change.

My experience with Pantaloons was really amazing as compared to other fashion stores. Quality of clothes are very good. They offer variety of clothing and accesories for different budget groups like ethnic wear, western wear, perfumes, cosmetics, footwear, kidswear and many more.

Pathetic customer service!!
I ordered a few items one of which was not delivered to me but on the website it showed delivered. The customer service first assured me that they will resolve it and get back to me.
They never resolved it or called to let me know and I had to call them 5-6 times explaining the same issue over and over to different executives who didn't even pay much attention and just told me whatever script they were given - same every single time. After so many followups every 3-4 days they finally emailed me that the item was delivered to me and closed my case! Which was wrong! I had a lot of trouble and a lot of my time was wasted just for a small amount of money. Totally unprofessional.

Please avoid this website. The customer service is terrible, they won't help you and you won't get your money back!
