P&P did a great job of 4 windows for me, all old waste removed and taken away Really happy with the new windows. Will definitely be using again..

The estimator is reliable and helpful
The estimator is reliable and helpful, the fitters are excellent, unfortunately its the in between that lets it down. The door I ordered was incorrect on delivery. I had to wait several weeks for a replacement.
I was pleased with the door when it was finally fitted, and planned to have the other two replaced. The estimator arrived, took measurements and said the office would be in touch, but if they didn't contact me, I should give them a ring!!. Up to now, no contact and no price, and I will not be contacting them, I've done my part.

POOR SERVICE
Very disappointed with the service received. Ordered an internal door back in September, waited weeks for an update but still didn’t get one so I called them and they said they would come and fit it and no one turned up. Then when they did turn up they fitted a faulty door. Again I had to chase them up on numerous occasions for an update. Every time I called no one seems to know what was going on. I never even got an apology! Customer service was shocking. The joiners were actually very lovely and pleasant. But it does not make up for the fact it’s took 6 month for 1 door.

I am very sorry you had such a disappointing experience; however, P & P Windows no longer do internal doors we ceased that side of things in 2022. It was C & D Windows Repairs that you dealt with but I will be sure to pass on your comments to the manager, and will let the fitter know you were happy with his service.

New windows and doors
I have just had new doors and windows fitted. From Adrian coming to measure up to Gordon and his team fitting them I could not fault them. Very clean tidy worker.Excellent job P& P. Highly recommended

Great company who gave great service…
Great company who gave great service from measuring to installation. They turned up on time to measure and were very helpful and polite. The windows were installed in awful weather by Gordon who was fantastic. The only small complaint I have is that there is a small scratch on the back door which after ringing several times in the last 4 weeks has still not been fixed. Otherwise I would highly recommend.

I have waited 10 weeks just for an…
I have waited 10 weeks just for an estimate. Very disappointed so had to give up on them. Cannot comment on the quality of their work because I did not even get to first base.
