I made the horrible mistake of buying $450 worth of charms for my REAL PANDORA BL, thinking I was buying from a “Pandora Online Authorized Retailer” or thinking it was the real Pandora. I bought these charms using Affirm, pay in 12 months, so now I can’t even get my bank to dispute the entire charge, as I only have 3 payments made using my debit card! I wanted to exchange one of the zodiac charms I bought, thinking I had 1 year to do so. I went to my local Pandora retailer at the mall, pulled out the charm (14 carat gold w/diamond) & the lady could immediately tell it wasn’t authentic. I accused her of not knowing because I had a Pandora points account & she could look up all my purchases! Her manager came over, saw the packaging first & said,” This isn’t ours.” I argued ad nauseam & tried looking for their invoice in my email. I couldn’t figure out why all my other purchases showed up, yet the largest purchase wasn’t showing! Once I got home, I decided to go to my SHOP APP& lo and behold found my order through these fraudsters! I called their customer service # & it was a man & wife talking to me from their living room with a thick accent to which I couldn’t understand. I finally hung up. Affirm says they will reach out to the seller but it’s up to the FRAUDULENT SELLERS TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! Their “return policy” is only 30 days & that has come & gone. What a nightmare! Selling counterfeit charms is ILLEGAL & they need to be stopped. I turned off my autopay for that loan & refuse to pay them-EVER! Buyer Beware!

This scam of a website/store gives you no option to cancel an order you don’t want. I ordered a bracelet and a charm gift set and after a weeks of no word back from the place, I sent an email. They don’t respond to those and even if you tell them you no longer want what they are seeking they still take your money. It has now been 3 weeks since ordering the stupid bracelet (that I paid expedited 2-3 day shipping for) and I am out my money and I don’t have a bracelet. This business is a scam. I would not trust them at all. I made the mistake and I will never make it again. This place is not professional at all and should be banned from pretending to sell people Pandora products. If you order from them the only thing you end up with is stolen money and no merchandise. I will bash this place to anyone who will listen so that they too do not end up scammed. It is the worst experience I have ever had with a vendor and I would not be surprised if I am the only one who had problems with this incompetent group of people. Do not shop at Pandora Omaha unless you want to get ripped off.
