Pancard Arvostelua 

I. submitted my application for pancard around May 2026. It has taken many many emails to chase up my application. Prachi Gupta does reply but with not much information... Just keeps saying it's in process. According to the website my epan should have arrived within a few days but till today I have still not received it. After a few months of chasing I was informed that form was not correct and to resubmit via email which I did. I was not charged again. Eventually and again after a lot of chasing up my pancard has arrived. However I am still waiting for my epan as has been mentioned on their website. Still chasing up. I was told that epan not needed if pancard issued but the payment included an epan.. Still waiting. I would certainly think twice before using this website.

I started my application with Prachi Gupta and her team. Everything was good and professional in the beginning. Once all my paperwork package was received and acknowledged by Prachi Gupta from Pancard.co.uk I’ve had no further updates. I was promised an e-version of my PAN within 2-3 days. It’s now 3 weeks and they don’t even reply to my emails requesting updates..
Looks like scammers who are not only taking your money but all personal information too..
I hope this is a misunderstanding and they will get back to me soon. But I’m not holding my breath..

Wow, the power of trusted reviews. Within minutes of posting my review above, I got an email from Prachi, explaining that they do bulk submissions and I will get my card as soon as my application is processed by the authorities. No mention of when in the last 20 days they submitted my application with a promise an e-PAN within 2 - 3 days. Lookout for further updates.
There may be hope yet.

Hi, i applied for PAN card from the UK and received the email version of the card but till date have not received the physical card. I am now doubting the company as the contact on the team doesn't reply to emails or WhatsApp messages and also ignore the calls. Please do your research before applying as I am not sure how legit this company is. I have send them several emails and WhatsApp messages but no reply.

It took much longer to receive but I received it as promised. All done as they said they would. Had to chase a little and I was worried about whether they would fulfill but they did. Thank you.
