Pampa Direct Arvostelua 

I had to leave a star or they wouldn't have received one. This is the worst company for anything they sell! Vegetable's are terrible, fruits are nasty, and fish or anything else is just as bad. Please buy any products by any company except for pampa. That's why they give them out at food banks because no one with taste would buy them!!!!

I had an issue with a product that did not match the description at all. And when I requested a return or full refund they refused and offered a 30% credit store for my next purchase?! how did they arrive to a 30% credit store? who knows. Their customer CARE is non existent. DON'T BUY from these guys if you have an issue they will NOT RESPOND, they don't care about customer satisfaction.

I ordered one month ago and the order hasn't arrived. They didn't write me to let me know my order was delay. I had to write and asked them. They charge you and tell you is going to be around 10 to 15 business days and its been already a month. Im really disappointed

I BOUGHT SOME YERBA AND COOKIES AND IVE NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER, they told me I was being refunded so that I could buy again… This was April 7th 2025, as of today, 06/22/2025 I have not received anything from them. DONT BUY FROM THEM

Su servicio bajo mucho en los ultimos años: la atencion al cliente es pesima (te cambian las condiciones de un email al otro), envian productos que vencen en dias o semanas, no tienen control de los productos que envian (les mande 2 fotos y me pidieron un video con todos los productos…claramente no tienen informacion de sus productos, es decir envian cualquier cosa).

En resumen, no pido nunca mas.

Una estrella es demasiado. Pésima experiencia. Realicé un pedido de yerba hace diez días. Como no tenía ninguna novedad sobre la entrega de mi pedido, hice un reclamo a través del chat que figura en la web de la tienda. Un día después, recibo una respuesta en la que se me informa que mi orden incluye "productos alimenticios" y que, por restricciones de importación que están fuera de su control, no van a poder entregar mi pedido. Ahora tengo que iniciar un reclamo para conseguir el reembolso correspondiente que, por supuesto, no será nada fácil. Pagué mi pedido con una tarjeta de Banco Nación (Argentina) que jamás me reembolsa el dinero en casos de compras en el exterior, como este.
¿Cómo venden y permiten que paguemos productos que luego no pueden entregar? ¿Por qué no los sacan de la "vidriera"? Tienen mi dinero desde hace diez días y ahora me toca a mí recuperarlo de algún modo. Es absolutamente abusivo. Les recomiendo a todos aquellos que tengan oportunidad de leer esta reseña que NO confíen en esta marca y que NO compren sus productos.

I placed an order of over of 110 dollars, on May 4th.
After two weeks of waiting, I went online chat to ask for an update, she replied saying that some of the products were unavailable and to pick new idems to replace them giving me a store credit. I received the available idems on the 27th of May. Two idems were expired on 03/10/25 aka cookies and chocolates, the rest of my purchase, Dulce de Leche, candy alfajores,etc are to expire on 07/25. Very embarrassing that this company sends expired products while being so expensive. I want to cancel my second order but afraid to because by reading their reviews, they don’t seem to give you your money back and that’s called being SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE. BUY THRU AMAZON, I RECEIVE YERBA IN TWO DAYS.

Solía ser un comprador habitual de esta empresa. Hace más de 40 días que estoy esperando mi pedido y aún no solo que no llegó, sino que tampoco me dan una respuesta y se hacen los boludos para no devolverme mi dinero.
Pésimo servicio, evitenlo a toda costa.

Pésimo .tardo un montón.llego un envase de resina( imagino )porque no tiene ninguna etiqueta, ni manija, chorreada, no entiendo como la tiraron al hall de casa...no pasa por la reja.qr...no dice nada útil.Unos ladris ellos y los que los dejan comerciar en estas condiciones.

Do not order anything that needs to be refrigerated. My order arrived warm and in bad condition. They said they were not responsible because I sent the email two hours after I received the box. (the box was traveling for five days as if two hours can make any difference)

I ordered alfajores and I am very satisfied. The delivery time is reasonable and they are fresh and very good.

They’ve given me a mate with defects and are unwilling to help me, saying that “there are variations”, a variation is not one with defects.
Not recommended.

Después de dos semanas de espera, me enviaron un correo diciendo que no tenían parte de los productos y que me devolverían el dinero.
Ya han pasado dos meses y nunca devolvieron el dinero, ¡ni hay nadie con quien hablar!

Una estrella y es mucho! Hice mi compra pasaron casi 15 días no respondían mensajes! Todo estaba fuera de stock! Pésimo servicio! El nisiquiera ressponderte! , los alfajores me llegaron con hongos!

I bought an order for $170 two weeks ago, I sended emails to get an update because my order never came, and I didn’t get an answer. Never again I will place an order on this site.

PESIMO!!! NO COMPREN EN PAMPA DIRECT. Es una burla al consumidor. Hice mi pedido y pague las de 100 USD mas de 2 semanas atras y todavia no se NADA del envio. Hice numerosos reclamos preguntando el estado de mi orden y NADIE responde. NADIE se hace cargo. Estoy dando por perdido el dinero ya que ni lo basico pueden hacer, responder un mail. Ni hablar de un reembolso! MUY DESCEPCIONADA.

In January 29, 2025 I placed an order with Pampa Direct in the amount of $146.36.
In January 31, 2025 I got an update from Pampa Direct that two items were missing and they asked me how to proceed. I cancel the order and ask for a refund.
Daniel from Pampa Direct said that I had to wait 30 days for the credit to show in my credit card, OK I wait. Thirty days are pass no credit and no answer to my e-mails.
I lost $146.36 – BE AWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PAMPA DIRECT – IF FOR ANY REAZON YOU CANCEL THE ORDER YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY.
LEASON LEAR AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH ARGENTINIAN COMPANIES OR FOREING COMPANIES LIKE PAMPA DIRECT YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE IF SOMETHIN HAPPENS.

BEWARE!!! Pampa direct will say it is free shipping, but after a week or two of getting your order you will receive an invoice from UPS. Pampa will make excuses for you to pay.
Also, when they don’t have an item you ordered, they send you whatever they want.
customer service is horrible.
having so many other options, don’t choose Pampa Direct!

Hice un pedido para san valentín, le mandé a mi novio que está trabajando por 3 meses en Vermont. No sólo que el pedido llegó mucho más rápido de lo que esperaba, sino que además el envío me salió gratis y mandaron de regalo varias golosinas y una caja con bonobones!! Excelente primera experiencia, se la recomiendo a quienes tengan familiares o parejas en otro pais

Muy buena atención del soporte que me respondieron todas mis dudas muy amablemente. Mande un pedido a mi hija en Estados Unidos y en 4 días llego.
